Beautiful apartment

The apartment was beatiful and in an awesome location for our family. We had trouble with 2 of the airconditioners and the dishwasher didn't have a bottom rack. We had no air in one of the bedrooms for one night and the master air conditioner was leaking and it took 3 days for repairmen to get it repaired. Leaks ruined clothing in my suitcase. The management co. was very attentative and polite. I was credited for my clothing and $270 for the rest of the problems. The customer service man told me that the owner couldn't help the "inconvinience". I just felt a little more compensation should have been given for the "inconvinience" THe freezer alarm started beeping in the middle of the night too on the next to last night. I know the owner had no way of knowing that these things could happen but I feel that more compensation would have been justified. Regardless, our stay was awesome!!
