Really good place for a large group visiting New York. Location is superb for the price, air-con is effective, rooms are clean and spacious, futon + airbeds on request very useful. Gina and colleagues were quick + easy to contact throughout the process. Great airbnb experience all round.

Gina's accommodations made our vacation in NYC a great one! It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I will definitely check whther one of Gina's sites are available before looking elsewhere the next time we visit the city!

Perfect place for a trip to NYC! Super comfy beds and comforter---great to relax after a night out on the town : )

Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment in a convenient location for sightseeing as well as nights out. This was a very last minute booking but Gina was great at helping us sort everything out. Great place for a fun weekend with friends! Highly recommend it.

After spending weeks dealing with rude and questionably sketchy venues (*ahem* NY Vacation Rentals), I can't tell you how pleased I was with the service provided by Gina's--they were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry and always friendly. The apartment was immaculate, hip, and easily accommodated my group of 9. The location was superb with easy access to most subway lines. I really can't recommend these venues enough.

the place is really clean and big. 3 beautiful rooms, gorgeous kitchen. Gina was very professional, 5 sets of keys and a courtesy cell phone.

Nice location with a nice view. It spacious for 5 people and have a very homely touch to it. If I have to nitpick, it will be that it is on the 4th floor. But otherwise, a great place value for money.

Gina was absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfect. We would come back again.

Gina's house is great location and it's reasonably priced for a large group. It meet our needs and it was clean.

It was such a pleasant stay at Gina's apartment. We were 12 in total and everything worked out fine. We used 2 additional airbeds which we had in the main and in one other room. As there was one bathroom only we had to schedule things but it was no big deal at all as we split up in little groups and came home at different times. The apartment basically has everything - blow dryer, kitchen stuff (including e.g. spices) and cleaning stuff. Gina provided us with several blankets and towels. In general she was very helpful and even had some old mobile phones for us which we could use during our stay (of course we had to buy our own simcard). We could store our luggage in another apartment in the same building as our departure was late at night. Due to busy streets outside it was a little noisy - for sensitive people I would recommend earplugs. Locationwise it was very good. just a few blocks far from Broadway and for those who like to walk - wall street and ground zero can be reached within approx 30 min. Next time New York - definitely Gina's again :)

Nice flat, 3 bedrooms, small bathroom but very noisy because on a crossroads. Ver y clean and welcome. A lot of towels.

Excellent location with all the facilities you need in the apartment. It can get a bit noisy at time but then again, I suppose this is what you should expect when you are located in a good location with easy access to transport, bars and restaurants. Gina was helpful and gave us a call just to make sure we were fine. Definitely recommend this to fellow travelers.

Had a great time! Gina was very accommodating. I would definitely rent the place again.

It was our first time to New York, and the apartment was FANTASTIC. It's clean, safe and close to so many awesome/touristy things (ie. walking distance). The location could not be better. There were 5 of us using the apartment, but it wasn't cramped at all. It was nice. The view was also pretty cool. Heating in the apartment is great. It was freezing cold outside, but toasty warm inside. It also smelt like coconut. The only issues were: - If you have more than 3 people using the hot water, and a group of people move in next door, you probably wont get hot water for a while. - If you have elderly parents that complain a lot, they will complain about the stairs. The apartment is on the fourth floor. - We used to live next to a train line, so loud noise isn't really an issue. If you're sensitive to noise, be warned. - You're in Chinatown, and above a Dunkin Doughnuts. There is going to be strange smells, and the area isn't going to be spotless. It's not that bad though, I've been to China; but if you're precious, be warned. These are only minor things, and not much to do with the apartment itself, but I'm giving a heads up to those that aren't familiar with the area. Gina was a great host, and helped with all of my family's requests. (She deserves a medal) I was a bit hesitant about using Air BnB, but my experience with this accomodation has been great. So I will definitely use it again in the future. Stay here. It's awesome.

All I can say is that Gina is an real angel! My film team and I have been in New york off and on for the past month and without her our experience would have been nearly impossible. This apartment is a wonderful place to stay. Great Location, cozy, well equipped, clean, comfortable. PERFECT! I can only wish there were more places like this in NY. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks Gina.

I loved everything of New York and we felt all as at home, Gina was very kind and I will repeat this experience for sure!

Great value for a family stay in NYC, excellent hosts, cool downtown location, you are in the heart of the "real" city. Street noise is for real and ingress/egress to the apt is not ideal (3 flights, smelly). We felt we had good value for what we paid and loved our stay.

Stayed at the apartment for one week and we had no problem at all. We were satisfied with everything. The beds was very comfortable. Gina is a very good and a professional host, strongly recommended. There was a problem with the WIFI but Gina fixed it the first day, thanks once again. Don't let the outside building fool you, the apartment is nice. The location is very good, not far to wallstreet, SOHO, tribeca... just 10 min walk.

The location of The apartment was good. The noice from the traffic was loud. Gina was very friendly and helpful. We had a pleaseant stay in NYC

Gina is delightful! She is professional AND sensitive to her guests. A small example: She knew the weather was coming in colder in the next day or so, and wanted to switch out the AC for the heat. We had to convince her that we were okay with just a few blankets, and actually enjoyed cooler rooms for the rest of the duration. Another time, my key was not cooperating with me. She was prepared to dash right over to apply her own brand of jiggling the tumblers when I finally wiggled it open on my own. The wi-fi wasn't working while we were there, but it was a failure that affected all of Canal St., and may have had something to do with the work they were doing on the Manhattan Bridge at the time... The apartment was spotless and comfy. The three of us felt that we had room to spread out. It would accommodate more quite easily.

A nice appartment on a great location . At night there realy was a lot of the traffic noice . So much that it was difficult to sleep without earplugs. WIFI didn't work. Gina promised us this would be fixed but at the end of the week nothing had been done about it. The beds are very narrow. It's very difficult for two grown-ups to sleep in one bed. It's just to small. But NY was great.!

If you're going to NYC with a group of people, you won't find a better deal.
