ALGON36 is a beautiful voluminous custom 2-story home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The house offers a spacious paved lanai with pool and spa as well as a boat dock. The Lanai has a great western sun exposure and invites you, your family and friends for outside dining and relaxing.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed and the master bathroom. The spacious master bathroom has two sinks, a hot tub and a big shower area. The master bedroom has sliding doors that open up to the lanai which has a pool and spa and overlooks the canal. The living room area is nicely furnished, and includes a big flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace that creates a romantic atmosphere. The living room is open to the 2nd floor in a loft style. Because of the big 2nd floor windows, the entire house is very light and bright. The fully equipped kitchen on the first floor features granite tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen, you will find the charming open dining area. Enjoy your meals in the dining room which also opens up to the lanai and provides you with both a pool and canal view. In the dining area you can serve your family and guests dinner while enjoying the beautiful sunsets of Marco Island.

Upstairs on the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms and a small living room area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a king size bed, while the fourth bedroom has two twin size beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which is connected to both bedrooms. It has 2 sinks and a shower. The fifth bedroom has a kitchenette, Flat-screen TV, a pull-out coach with a private balcony overlooking the canal. This is the perfect spot to have a glass of wine and enjoy the romantic sunset with your loved one. From the 2nd floor loft you can look through the double doors that open to the second floor balcony or have a nice view of the living room, dining room and kitchen.

Some information about Tigertail Beach
Tigertail Beach is one of two public access beaches and is a short drive from your vacation home. Tigertail offers you the Lagoon as a great place for families with younger kids to enjoy the flat and calm water. There is plenty of wildlife to view and is a designated 'Great Florida Birding Trail. To reach the Gulf of Mexico with the beautiful soft sandy beach you either have to wade through the lagoon or walk around the to the left. It's definitely worth the ten minute stroll. The beach here is absolutely breathtaking and totally natural. And don't forget your shelling bags. The beach offers you beautiful shelling. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.

Some information about South Public Beach Access
The parking lot is located on Swallow Avenue and is a short walk across South Collier Boulevard to a one-acre beach access on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There are 70-parking spaces with rest room access. The walk is lined with sabal palm trees and is surrounded by plush hotels on Marco Island. It is open 8 a.m. to sundown and there is a fee for parking.
