Description from owner

This newly decorated two bedroom condo in the Seaview building at 921 S. Collier, is located at the most southern part of the Island and what we consider the most quiet part, and is just steps from the Marco Island South beach entrance. Fresh colors, new furnishings throughout, including leather living room loveseat, recliner and sofabed, and new king size and twin beds and beddings will make your stay most comfortable in this Floridian styled vacation rental. Our unit sits on the third floor of this quaint four story building with an elevator for easy access. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, small appliances and plenty of dinnerware. Our lanai has western exposure where guests can enjoy a good book, cocktails and even glimpses of beautiful island sunsets. The unit contains two full baths, one in the master bedroom with a walk -in shower and closet, and the second bath, off of the guest bedroom hallway with a full bath and shower. A laundry area contains a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The extra large pool and deck area that can be viewed from the entryway of the unit provides plenty of sunshine as well as a large cabana for those who prefer a bit of shade. The pool area also houses a grill for your BBQ-ing needs.

If the beach is what you prefer, the south beach entrance is directly across the street and you'll have your toes in the sand within a 3 minute walk.

The property also has a newly finished tennis court adjacent to the parking lot where there is ample parking.

About the area

Marco Island is host to an array of activities and natural wildlife. The island offers dozens of restaurants suited for both family dining and finer dining. Specialty and t-shirt shops are plentiful along with boutiques and ice cream shops, some of which are within walking distance of the Seaview. However, there are plenty of dining and shopping options throughout the island just within a few minutes drive. Thirty minutes to the north is the city of Naples which offers more dining and shopping options, although we find it hard to leave the island when we visit due to the number of great options right here. Aside from relaxing by the pool or at the beach, Marco Island and the surrounding area is host to exotic, Floridian wildlife. You can visit Rookery Bay Marine sanctuary, explore the 10,000 Islands by boat or PWC or rent a canoe and explore the mangroves at the Collier Seminole State Park all within 10-20 minutes by car. Tiger Tail beach is just north on the island where paddle boats, boards, and kayak rentals are available along with cabana and chair rentals and a cafe for snacks and light meals. When the tide is just right this is a great place for shelling and finding sand dollars. Fishing guides, boat rentals, parasailing, and waverunner trips are minutes away and all can be arranged in advance. We highly recommend Captain Ron's Waverunner Everglade Experience which launches just blocks away from the condo at Caxambas Pass. Whether you are arriving by air from either Ft. Meyers or the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area, they are an easy 50 minute and 1:45 minute drive, respectively. We hope you find your paradise on Marco Island and enjoy your stay!
