Once you arrive, you will instantly feel at home. The main floor offers a great room with cathedral ceiling and 12 foot slider which opens fully for access to the large screened upper lanai. The living room boasts a 60-inch smart TV and 3 comfy leather couches plus an oversized reading chair tucked away in the corner. The dining room features a table for 8 and the kitchen is a bright and cheery place to prepare your meals and offers another slider to the lanai for easy access to the gas grill. The large master suite features yet another slider to the lanai plus a king bed, a 50-inch smart TV, reading chair and full bath with washer and dryer. The floor plan is a split bedroom design with the two upstairs guest rooms on the opposite side of the house from the master plus a pocket door to close them off from the living area of the house for added privacy. One of the upper guest rooms has twin beds and the other has a queen bed. Both guest rooms have TVs. There is also a full bath at this end of the house.
The upper lanai gives you a dining table and seating area from which to enjoy your evenings looking out to the pretty colors of the twilight sky. Stroll down the stairs from the upper to lower lanai (also screened) and gaze upon the large heated pool with spill-way spa. The pool is 14 X 28 feet and comes complete with a sun-shelf at the shallow end for relaxing in a lounge chair while cooling off and reading that book you ve been meaning to get to. Spend the evenings relaxing and soothing those muscles in the spa. You might even get a glimpse of the resident tortoise, Totem, who lives on the wooded, vacant lot next door and makes his daily trek across the back yard in search of his next meal of vegetation. The lower lanai has a dining table and several lounge chairs.
If you love vacationing with others yet need your own space; call dibs on the lower level guest-suite. It offers a king bed and comfortable leather couch and love seat plus a 50 inch smart TV as well as a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster), dining table and bath with large shower stall.
The entire house has been completely renovated in 2016 with all new paint and brand new furnishings throughout. Its just a short drive to the beach where you can take a swim, search for shells or take a leisurely walk waiting for the breath-taking sunset. Marco Island offers some of the prettiest beaches to be found and great restaurants ranging from causal outdoor waterfront spots to the high-end formal dining. The activities are endless from kayaking to renting a jet ski for an afternoon to going on a dinner cruise. From relaxing on the beach to taking a walk or run around the paved track surrounding the lake at Mackle Park (where you will also find a great play-area for the kids complete with water feature, basketball and shuffle courts). You can even bring your blanket and take in a movie in the park or check out the various classes from exercise to knitting inside the community center. Long story short-whatever type of vacation you are looking for, from relaxing to activity-packed, you will find it on Marco Island.

Relaxing Family Vacation
July 5, 2016
This home was perfect for our family vacation. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to live comfortably away from home for a week. The house layout was so nice with the additional living space downstairs. It was the perfect space for my daughter's family with 2 small children. She was able to have quiet space for them and the convenience of kitchen and bathroom. The lanai was great additional space for meals, relaxing, and games. The pool was absolutely beautiful and the sunbathing area was the perfect space for the 1 year old to play. The master bedroom was very large and had blackout curtains that allowed me to sleep in! It was nice having laundry facilities were also convenient, we used beach towels so much. The house had everything we needed including beach towels, griddle, baking dishes, grill, 3 full bathrooms. The house was located in a very quiet neighborhood, however we were only 10 minutes away from anything we wanted to do, beach, park, boat rental, restaurants, etc.

My wife and I had the pleasure to rent this 4 bedroom house with a great walking neighborhood. The house was recently updated with new furniture and bathrooms. The house was very comfortable. The set up was amazing, with the Master bedroom to the right and the 2 others to the right. There was also a in law set up with another kitchen on the lower level which walked out to the new pool. Everything you would want at your own home was at this home. I loved the close proximity of all the Restaurants and sights and you will to.

Beautiful home in a nice quiet community, especially loved the turtles that live nearby! One could basically live in the in-law suite below great to have some space. :) the neighborhood is absolutely wonderful for night time strolls as well. The inside of the house is decorated with a great beach theme that continues throughout the house and screams relaxation.

Just returned from ten days in this lovely property. The owner has thought of everything to make a vacation enjoyable. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished. I especially enjoyed having coffee on the lanai every morning in the comfortable seating area. The sun shelf in the pool is a great place to spend the afternoon and the hot tub was especially relaxing in the evening looking up at the stars. We plan to return to this property again!
***** This is an e-mail I received from the guest who stayed at our home from March 12 - 19, 2016:
Hi Sue, Sorry for the delay in this review! We absolutely loved your property. Your house was super clean and tastefully decorated. Well equipped with everything you need. We liked the location and able to walk to several places. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
Definitely 5 Stars!!!! The pool and hot tub are amazing - oh, and also the big screen TVs! We did not need for anything! We WILL be back!!!
***** Beautiful home with all of the needed conveniences. Love the pool? Love the decorating!
Great House, Great Pool, Fun Vacation ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
This was a very nice home with a new good sized pool and spa. The beds and linens were awesome along with a well appointed kitchen and very nice family TV area. The slider doors on the first floor open the entire back of the house to the lanai, and it was great- creating a great breeze through the house all day long. We, along with 3 teens and 1 young adult had a great time playing in the pool. The grill and outdoor dining area was also a big hit. The local property manager was attentive and the owners also followed up nicely.
