SEASONAL RENTAL: This is a NEWLY RENOVATED luxury condo available NOW!!

ALL NEW EVERYTHING!! - TOTAL RENOVATION JUST COMPLETED: You will be the first seasonal renters of this newly remodeled corner unit with all new furniture, beds and appliances. The renovation is complete and will be available the week of January 10, 2016. We will update pictures when last of the furniture is delivered, and TVs and pictures hung.

HUGE 3 BEDROOM DUAL MASTER: This is a newly renovated luxury third floor corner unit with floor to ceilings glass in every room and a huge wraparound screened lanai, featuring canal and island views. Larger than many homes on the island (2,100 SF under air), this condo features three large bedrooms, newly remodeled kitchen and baths. The master bedroom has has a newly remodeled tile shower with brand new his and hers vanities separated by a pocket door. One of the bedrooms has a hall door which creates a second master suite.

dolphin watching.

Our quiet low rise complex is WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEST RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS ON MARCO INCLUDING THE MARCO WALK, Sunset Grille and even a CONVENIENCE STORE.

We chose Marco Island because it has retained much of the natural island beauty (like Sanibel), but with nearby conveniences of small town living.

Deposits: A Deposit in the amount of 10% of your total rent and completed rental application (required by our association) are due within 5 days of agreement to rent. The condo association requires a nonrefundable $150 application fee, by personal check to the association when you return the lease and application. Security deposit is $1000. Smoking in the condo is prohibited. Prepayment of rent for entire term is due 30 days prior to occupancy, or deposit is forfeited.

Other Fees: Boat lift rent is $250 per month thereafter. Requires provide proof of insurance and additional $300 deposit for lift.

Marco Island experience

Beautifully furnished & very comfortable. Had all the comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood and friendly residents. They made you feel very welcome. While sitting at the pool you could enjoy watching the boats go up and down the canal. The lanai furniture was lovely and comfortable with an island view. We spent a lot of time reading there and occasional cooked our meals on the grill and ate on the lanai. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning here again next year for a longer stay.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will you have pictures of the Second Master Bedroom and bathroom?
A: Carpet and blinds are coming week of December 29th, and bedroom set the following weekend. All beds, mattresses and linens are brand new.
Q: Why did you move from Huron Ct to this this new condo?
A: Same great south end location near the beach, but the larger rooms, more space and building amenities are fantastic. Attached covered parking, a full gym with cable TV and the pool are is like a luxury hotel.
Q: What makes Marco Island Different?
A: The weather is really different here. Less rain, warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. There are big town amenities, but it feels like an island village with the best beaches and fishing in Florida. You have access to two major airports, because although Ft Meyers is little more than an hour away, Ft Lauderdale is close enough if needed.
