About:This is our second condo on Marco Island. We bought our first condo in the fall of 2009, and then traded in for this huge 2200SF fixer- upper in Spring of 2015. We chose the Nautilus because of the location, huge wrap around lanai and beautiful grounds.
We spend most of our time here on Marco...

Beautifully furnished & very comfortable. Had all the comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood and friendly residents. They made you feel very welcome. While sitting at the pool you could enjoy watching the boats go up and down the canal. The lanai furniture was lovely and comfortable with an island view. We spent a lot of time reading there and occasional cooked our meals on the grill and ate on the lanai. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning here again next year for a longer stay.
