This condo is a bright, roomy, and neatly appointed unit with all of the appliances and conveniences you need, including three TVs, DVD, a music and video library. It is quiet, with a large balcony providing a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. The sunsets are spectacular. We particularly enjoyed our daily walks on the beach, reading on the balcony, and taking advantage of the many and diverse restaurants on the island. There are informal social gatherings in the building and pool area where you can meet other residents who hail from a wide variety of communities in the US and abroad. The island is not large and congested, as are many places in Florida, and everything is conveniently located, including the shops, restaurants, movies and golf, and of course the pool, beach and Gulf are right outside your door. In short, this is a marvelous place for relaxation, various activities, and interesting people. Matthew F. McHugh Leesburg, VA

This is a wonderrful location to spend a vacation on Marco Island. It is close to some major resorts, ( a 20 minute walk) but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet at the beach. The sand is so white and the water not too deep to be concerned if you have children playing in the water. The sunsets are marvelous and very romantic. We enjoyed walking every morning and had a great time collecting interesting shells. The rental unit is spacious with a large great room that includes all the entertainment you could ask for. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow for preparing a quick snack to a gourmet meal. The masterbedroom has an entrance to the huge balcony as does the greatroom. The bedrooms are large and include plenty of storage. The baths are well maintained and roomy. My favorite time of day was just before dawn. I'd sit on the balcony and watch the moon and stars disappear and hear the birds stir as the sun rose and the ocean came into view. I believe you will also enjoy this rental unit. It is close to everything but far enough away to give you quiet if that is what you seek. The restrauants are great and shopping is close and affordable. We look forward to return soon to enjoy more time in Marco Island and this location.

This apartment is a great place for a private beach getaway. It is stocked with everything needed for an extended stay and has a great view of the gulf. The balcony is excellent for dining or just watching the sunset. However, the best feature of this condo is the location. It is right on the beach! You walk out of your building and there you are in the salt air and sunshine. We brought our two kids and they enjoyed the pool and gulf every day. It is also within biking and walking distance of restaurants, parks, and shopping...without being right in the middle of the action. We had a great time on Marco Island and look forward to visiting again soon.
