Freshly updated for the 2014-2015 season, this 4 bedroom home is tucked into the perfect central Marco Island location on a gulf access canal. The beach is a quick bike ride down San Marco Road (about 1 mile to the nearest access point) and the Marco Island Racquet Center is just around the corner. Whether the sugar sand beach, boating, outdoor sports, or simply the sunny weather brings you to Marco, Bonita Court makes the perfect home base for your island getaway!

Minimum Stay required to book online is one week. Saturday to Saturday dates are preferred. Inquire for availability on shorter stays or alternate check-in days!

What a perfect home for our family to enjoy during our trip to Marco Island. It was a very spacious home and it was able to accomodate 8 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 school aged kids. The pool was very enjoyable since it was perfectly positioned in the sunlight for the family and children to enjoy. We also had the chance to jog up to the state park about 2 blocks away and then walked about half a mile to the beach. The home was in a perfect location for us in a quiet neighborhood, with accessibility to the the local restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay at the MILAN again if we ever venture back to Marco Island.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How far is the beach?
A: The nearest beach access point is about 1.5 miles from the house near 300 S Collier Blvd. It is open to the public but doesn't offer parking so the best way to get there from 121 Bonita is on the bikes! If you prefer to drive and park at the beach, your options are Tigertail Beach Park, which is just under 3 miles from the house on the North end of the Island. There is parking ($8 per day), a cafe, restrooms, beach rentals and a children's play area at this public facility. South Marco Beach access and parking is also just under 3 miles from the house at Collier Blvd and Swallow Avenue on the South end of the Island.
Q: What about the Resident's Beach? Can I get a pass to go there?
A: Marco Island Resident's Beach passes are available only to homeowners and renters with a lease of 1 month or longer. Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer an owner's membership to a short term rental guest. They check IDs and license plates at the gate! If you rent for a month or more, be sure to visit the Marco Island Civic Association's site for information on getting your own Resident's Beach membership. It is worth it!
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Yes! We control the pool's heat remotely and can make adjustments as requested during your stay. During the winter and spring months, the pool will be heated to 86 degrees on your check-in. During the summer and fall, we do not heat the pool as the water stays very warm on its own. If you want the pool warmer than the seasonal preset temperature, we will turn it up for you but a fee of $75 per week will apply.
