Our home enjoys canal views throughout the home as well as views of the Sea of Abaco from the master suite, main living kitchen and dining areas as well as from your spacious screened in patio.

Spacious living area with lots of sliding glass doors to maximize your water views. Breakfast bar with four bar stools, dining nook with four seat inside dining. Living and dining area exits to the porch where you will find additional lounging and dining options to enjoy the outdoors from an inside/outside setting in our fabulous Bahama Room (patio).

Master bedroom with a Queen en-suite bathroom, private deck exit and waterviews. Guest room with a Queen bed, and hallway access bathroom with tub shower combo. Third Bedroom has 2 singles that can be converted to a King bed (this room has no closet). Open deck in front of the porch by your private dock for sun lovers.

For the boat lover you have your own private 50ft layalong docking in front of this home which accomodate a 35'ft & 25'ft boat comfortably.

Additional amenities include: coffee maker, inside and outside dishware, cd's and VCR's as applicable., toaster or toaster oven, ac central, and all have an outside grill option. all homes are stocked with an assortment of books, phone local private, utensils, cookware, games and DVD's, all bed linens, beach community, bathroom towels, ironing board.
