This typical Provencal farm measures 160 m2, on 2 levels. The decor is simple but the house is functional.

 

GROUND FLOOR:

Kitchen with dining area and a direct access to the dining room (20m2)

It is fully equipped. It has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a stove, a toaster, a filter coffee machine.

A living room (50 m2) with fireplace, a sofa and TV (satellite channels).

 A bedroom (15m²) with a double bed 140.

1 Bathroom with 1 sink, shower and toilet.

 

SECOND FLOOR:

A bedroom (18m²) with 2 single beds 90.

A bedroom (20m²) with a double bed 160.

A bedroom (18m²) with 2 single beds 90.

1 Bathroom with 1 sink, shower and toilet.

Maximum number accommodated for sleeping: 8 people; security deposit €500.

End of stay cleaning fee: €100.

Electricity according to low season consumption (from the 2nd week of September to the 2nd week of June inclusive).

Wood charge for the fireplace: 40 € per week
