The Granary at Boskensoe is a brilliant, detached barn conversion resting in Mawnan Smith, Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people and a Smart TV, a sitting area with a Smart TV, iPad with Sonos sound system, selection of books and a woodburning stove, as well as a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-sizes, both of which offer Smart TVs and Juliet balconies; one features an en-suite bathroom and the other features a zip/link bed with an en-suite shower room. There is also a cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with lawned areas, patio, hot tub, barbecue, fire pit, outdoor shower and furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars with an electric charging point. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub, and within 1.9 miles, a beach. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but smoking is not allowed here. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot are also available.
