Description of the Mazatlan vacation condo rental
Condo located on the main floor of 3 year old apartment block at Gaviotas Racquet Club. Watch tennis from the front patio where you will be looking at the centre net of the clay courts. There are 2 clay and 3 hard surface courts. Tennis is included for you and your guests. Condo has all amenities, utensils, laundry room with washer and dryer, satellite TV in living room and master bedroom, combination safe and a large storage shed. All you need bring is your suitcases. Maid service is 6 days a week for a small weekly tip. The grounds are gated with security guard at night. Just 2 short blocks to the best beach in Mazatlan. Satellite TV (Shaw Direct) has all the American and Canadian networks. If rented for one year the monthly charge is $800 per month. If rented in high season (November - May) the monthly charge is $1,200 if rented for at least 4 months.

Area Information
Located in the Golden Zone of Mazatlan, two blocks from the beach. This is the main Mazatlan tourist area known as the Golden Zone where you can find the best restaurants, shopping, discos, pharamacies, beauty salons, boutiques and anything else you may be looking for. This area has Home Depot, Office Depot, Walmart, Sam's Club, 2 grocery supermarkets, and a very modern hospital all within a 5 minute taxi drive. Bus service is excellent and costs about 50 cents to go anywhere in the city.

You can go downtown to sightsee, visit the market or to the ferries which take you to Stone Island.

Living here is very reasonable. You will find the lowest prices on alcohol and wine at Sam's Club. Excellant wine from Chile or France for $5 a bottle. Fruit and vegetables are fresh as is shrimp, red snapper, octopus, clams and oysters. Oysters can be bought as the divers come in from the ocean for about $6.50 a dozen. Cigarettes are about $25 for a carton.
