This elegant, two level custom home is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Enter the foyer and you are greeted with a lovely view and deck access from the Craftsman style sliding doors off the living room. The formal dining area and living areas share a common stone hearth and gas fireplace which create pockets of private space though this home has an expansive, open floor plan. Beam ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the main level add to the feeling that this home is a cozy and tranquil alpine getaway located within the beautiful Spring Mountain Ranch development on the newest nine holes of the McCall Municipal Golf Course.

Create a special meal in this top shelf kitchen with six burner gas stove and dual oven. Lots of counter prep space, corner sink located to enjoy the view and "conversation countertop" where guests can enjoy the meal du jour or the cook can stage the evening meal for access from the dining area.

Located on the main level is the Master Suite with King bed and sitting area with an attached bath that has dual sinks, large soaking tub and shower. Enjoy the lovely view while having breakfast in bed or access the deck right from your suite! Also located on the main level is a half bath.

A lower level den with backyard access has a wet bar with mini fridge so you don't have to go far for refreshments while your watching a movie on the large, flat screen television. The couch is a sofa sleeper. At either end of the hallway you'll find guest bedroom. Guest room #1 with a queen bed and hallway accessed bath and Guest room #2 has two, twin beds and an attached, full size bathroom.

All guests at Spring Mountain Ranch have use of the clubhouse Jacuzzi and seasonal pool.

Just five minutes in either direction from downtown McCall dining and shopping, beautiful Payette Lake or Ponderosa State Park. Winter enthusiasts are just 13 miles from Brundage Mountain alpine skiing or minutes from Nordic ski trails and backcountry, snowmobile access.
