Comfortable fully furnished condo located on the Tempe/Mesa/Scottsdale border 1 block from new Cubs Spring Training facility, 2 miles from ASU and Mill Ave. Located between Mesa Riverview Shopping area and Tempe Marketplace Shopping District.

Easy access to restaurants, shopping, light rail, entertainment, golf courses and airport. Located less than a mile from the 202 and 101 freeways making it easy to explore the entire valley.

Complex offers choice of 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, bbq areas and club house available for events. RV storage/parking available for Rv, boat, ATV, etc..

Queen size bedroom set with 32" flat screen TV, linens and towels, 42" flat screen TV in the living room, well supplied kitchen with full appliances including crock pot, blender, mini chopper, dishes, pans, small desk with washer/dryer inside the unit, iron and board, hair dryer and most home comforts. Utilities, cable TV and WiFi internet included during January through March.

Easy starting point for either fun Valley excursions, visiting relatives and friends from Glendale to Apache Junction or trips to the Grand Canyon, Tombstone or Yuma. The proximity to Tempe, Old Scottsdale and Mesa Downtowns makes for minimum driving to events and entertainment.

“Quiet Retreat”

This apt. is a very quiet, serene environment. I enjoyed it, as I'm flight crew member, I kept odd hours. I never had any trouble with noise and could always get a good sleep any time of day. Also everything worked well inside, which was different for other apts, I had in the past. Enjoy it.

This condo is in a perfect location for all your entertainment and shopping needs. The owners are exceptionally friendly! My stay here is and always will be enjoyable.

Excellent place to stay. Just 2 blocks to the Cubs new stadium. Short distance to jump on either the 101 or the 202. Just a few blocks to Walmart, Bass Pro and several places to eat. Owners were excellent to work with and readily available.. Would recommend the property and would have rented again but our daughter lives on west side of the metro area so we rented a place in Sun City for next winter. Suggest you take a look at this property you will be pleased with it.
