wonderful vacation

Sea cost 5151 Collins ave - such wonderful, miraculous, amazing, breath-taking place! We spent there beautiful dayes in the apartment on the 12th floor in January of this year. All the apartment's windows have an ocean view. Wash of waves, a day-spring, a sundawn and an ocean kind cost each cent from the rent paid by us, and all the rest is a bonus - comfort, magnificent management, service, safety system, a glorious arrangement - 5 minutes to an Art Deco zone, to a supermarket. In the apartment all is equipped to trifles for comfortable residing. We had a rest with the three-year child, and here all was as much as possible safe for the kid. Good modern furniture, 3 TV, 3 DVD, CD allowed each of us to look interesting us shows, and two magnificent beds allowed not to forget for what we have arrived on rest. The computer with WF and the printer have given the chance to us to do our business and to conclude some successful transactions. The deposit has been returned us in a day of departure. It would be desirable to note gim and magnificent pool, the beauty salon, presented to my wife many pleasant minutes. The shop directly in a building has given the chance to me to grow lazy to. I wait for winter 2010 - 2011 to return in Sea cost 5151!

We had a beautiful family holidays in this condo, with direct access to the beach, pleasant swimming pool, fitness, assigned parking slot, etc. we found all we wanted here. The unit is nice, clean and well equiped, it looks much better in reality than on pictures (which is not always the case!), we were very suprised when we arrived. The owner is nice person, we are highly recommending this unit.

My husband and I have been renting this condo for the past 7 years EVERY october! There is not enough wonderful things to say about this incredible place. First of all, roberto (owner), has got to be the nicest, most cheerful guy in miami! Every year he has the same, wonderful attitude when we arrive... as for the unit 1226...it has everything you want and need for a wonderful vacation..very clean..better than the pics! great balcony...views are wonderful..and each year he has upgraded something in the unit. THis year he had "black out curtains in the bedroom to block out the sun". THe unit is just off the elevator AND very convenient to the laundry room and trash bin. This property "seacoast" has a beauty salon, cleaners, a store that sales EVERYTHING!!!!!, also a little pool resturant which has great food! i'm telling you... this is our place every october and highly recommend any of you who are thinking of renting this unit. Roberto will treat you right!!! I normally do not right reviews but felt this place and the owner is very much worth the time and effort to let others know about this wonderful place!!! We were very pleased with the condo and the location. The condo was clean and well kept. The two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms are separated by the living room which made privacy great. The beds were comfortable and the codo was very clean when we arrived. The condo was located right off the elevators and I was concerned that would be a problem with other residents going up and down the hallway but it wasnt. There was no noise heard from the hallway and I liked that we were close to the elevators, laundry and trash room. Staff in the building are very nice. The grounds are beautiful. Very attentive staff on the beach to get you a lounge chair or umbrella. Market in the building is small but has a large variety of just about anything you might need. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we watched many sunrises, blackout curtains in bedroom made sleeping wonderful even if the sun was rising. I was concerned about renting from a private owner but Roberto was great with communication and very accomodating. I will definitely be back. Thank you Roberto for helping to make our Thanksgiving a great one.

We, a Czech family, spent almost 30 wonderful days in this condo. The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.The ocean view, the great location, gym, pool, everything perfect. The unit is very private, and quite. I highly recommend this. Location is absolutely perfect. Nice to meet you Roberto and hope see you next year :-)

We stayed at this unit 16 nights. Everything went perfect from the administrative side and the building in general. Roberto was very responsive and attentive. A very serious man with whom you can do business, without taking precautions. The apartment was very clean and looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Parking space was under construction so we had valet parking complimentary. All the bell boys and the security personel were friendly and helpful. The building is a real plus with a nice beach(one of the best) and excelent beach services(umbrellas and chairs). I've also used the Gym which was at the ground floor with a lot of space and updated machines. Totally reccomended. View is very nice although is not that bright, since I went in Winter. In ddition it is a fifth floor that has the normal shadow of Collins' Apts North View.

Our holiday was great there, we could not have chosen better starting with the location on Collins Avenue full quiet area but close to everything, nice building and the apartment had all the amenities needed for a lovely holiday, it highlight the direct beach access, pool, Jacuzzi, beautiful gardens, and the friendly staff of the building. I want to thank Roberto Carvajal, having the courtesy to assist us in what we needed, because we were with our 84 year old grandmother, who fully enjoy. Everything was unforgettable

We stayed in apartment 501 which was more than adequate for us. It didn't have everything you might need for self-catering but we managed. The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable but what it lacked was an information pack for tenants, something that tells you all the things you can and can't do, also things like the wifi password, site and pool rules etc. There is a mini mart in the building but it doesn't sell everything you might need and the nearest supermarket is too far to walk to so you need to take the S or L bus to the Publix store which costs $2.25 each way. There are very limited places to eat out near this apartment unless you have a car to drive to them, nothing much in walking distance. There is a restaurant in the hotel next door 'The Alexandra', it's called Shula's, beautiful place looking out over the sea but it is very expensive! And you have to wait a very long time for your food. The pool area is lovely so is the beach but there are some strict pool rules that you need to know otherwise you may be fined! We had a great week relaxing around the pool and we would go back again even though prices for apartments in Miami are far too high for what they are. Final word - Roberto is a great guy who you can contact anytime and he will reply and help you, he made everything so easy to do. Thank you very much!
