Description of the Miami Beach vacation condo rental
Our studio apartment at 100 Collins Avenue in the Mercury Hotel is the perfect place for a nice getaway! Our privately owned one bedroom condos sleep 4 people (many sleep 5 for an additional charge, please ask about sleep space specifics). All units have cable TV, central A/C, wireless internet, and a kitchenette that includes a microwave, fridge and sink. Some units include cook top surface. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and an IPOD dock for your convenience.

The plunge pool and hot tub are perfect for when the one and a half block walk to the beach seems just too far!

We have MULTIPLE ONE BEDROOM AND STUDIO APARTMENTS available at this same 100 Collins Avenue location in The Mercury Hotel.

Please contact me directly with your specific needs as we have many units available at this and other locations. In most cases, we can offer accommodations for larger groups in 2 or more units either very close to each other, or directly adjacent.

We also have a large PENTHOUSE unit with a huge private deck.

We are able to provide additional bedding for children including but not limited to a Pack-N-Play or air bed.

PRICING WILL VARY FROM UNIT TO UNIT, depending on the time of year and the length of stay. PLEASE contact me directly for best available pricing. Pricing may be higher for special event dates and holidays. Depending on the size and occupancy capacity of the condo, the price may be higher or lower than the advertised price. Pricing provided is for a standard one bedroom unit, sleeping up to 4 guests, no cooktop. We also require a fully refundable damage deposit due no later than 2 days prior to arrival returned within 2 days of departure.

If you decide to rent with us, you will be provided with a specific quote for your requested room type. You will also be provided with a rental agreement for your review prior to confirmation of the rental. We require a 50% or $300 down payment (whichever is greater) at the time of the booking.

Area Information
The location of our condo is really perfect. In trendy and sophisticated SoFi (South of Fifth) everything is close by including the Famous Big Pink restaurant and Prime 112 where celebrities are often spotted. South Pointe Park is a hidden gem on the farthest tip of South Beach, only a block away from our 100 Collins Avenue location. Also close by is Joe's Stone Crabs and Nikki Beach.

On the first floor of the complex at The Mercury is a relaxed restaurant and sushi bar. We also offer onsite laundry facilities. Within one block is the world famous gorgeous pristine pink sand beach. And a 3-4 block walk north begin the Ocean Drive Art Deco District of South Beach.

This 100 Collins location offers the convenience of walking everywhere but quiet and relaxation when the fun is through.

Very convenient location

Steps away from South Beach, restaurants, shopping and the night life. No need to buy any beach stuff. Everything you will need is in the closet. Right next door to popular night club "Story" . Richard showed great hospitality and very informative. Condo #309 was comfortable, clean, modern, and chic. 1 bedroom 2 full Baths & 2 sofas that can convert to beds for extra guest. The 2 of us had more than enough space. Contact Uber or Lyft to get a ride to your vehicle if you pay for parking in the parking garage a little distance away especially if you have luggage. Richard gives us a reason to book at "The Mercury" again!

I had the best time!

It was my 1st time staying here at the Mercury Hotel 100 Collins Avenue, and what I can say is it was perfect and I would definitely come back! Everything was great; the location, people, atmosphere could not ask for anything more. The Room was just amazing! The beds and sofa we’re comfortable, the living room area was bigger than what I have here in DC. It’s away from the noise of the clubs and intoxicated individuals but close to the beach, restaurants and everything that South beach has to offer. And the parking garage is close enough to the place but the best part, it’s cheapest! Everywhere else is either 25$ 30$! I want to say Thank you Donna. She has been a God sent! I never had to worry about anything from the moment I contacted her till I left the property. She made me feel like a celebrity! Thanks Donna, you’re the best!!!!

Wonderful Relaxing Place in South Beach

The place was in a great location and clean. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The heated pool & spa area was wonderful for relaxing and recouping at anytime of the day, especially if you still wanted to be outside while escaping the Sun. We look forward to revisiting next year.

We rented two condos from the company in the end of January 2013. The description of the condos was great, everything was as mentioned in the ad - everything was clean, large rooms and nicely decorated. This is the first time we stayed in a "Condo" Style hotel with full kitchen and we really enjoyed it. Contacting the owners was a real pleasure, we booked the condos a week before we went to South Beach - real fast response and full support. The location of the condos is literally 5 minutes away from the beach and from Ocean Dr. On top of that there is a Grocery Store, couple nice restaurants and one of the most famous night clubs in Miami just a minute away. Overall - don't bother looking for a hotel in South Beach - this is your place! Our stay was delightful, keep up the good work! See you in September!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I have never rented a vacation rental before. How does the experience differ from renting a hotel room?
A: A privately owned condo is more spacious and more private than a hotel room. You will not have room service, unless you specifically request this at the time of the booking. In this case, a nominal fee will be charged. In comparing the costs, you will likely find that the cost to rent one of our condos is extremely competitive, and very often less, than a hotel room. Renting through a private owner will almost always result in lower pricing than booking a hotel. And having a fridge and kitchen facilities (some with cook tops) also provides the option of preparing some meals at the condo and keeping costs down.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Our preferred method of payment is with a credit card, however, we do accept cash and money orders.
Q: What if I have a last minute change of plans, or have to cancel my stay. Do you offer insurance?
A: We offer insurance on your vacation rental for an additional 10% of your rental amount or $150, whichever is greater. You can buy the insurance when you make the reservation and sign the rental contract. It cannot be added later under any circumstances. The insurance will allow you to receive a credit for your rental toward a future rental in the event that you need to cancel your reserved dates for any reason up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. We cannot guarantee that we will have availability for your desired date change but we will issue a voucher good for one year from the date of cancellation. Please note that the rates may vary depending on your travel dates but you may apply the credit within one year to any available dates. All details on the insurance option and cancellation policy is found on our rental contract which will be provided to you for your review and approval prior to any rental.
Q: How do I go about booking the condo?
A: Give me a call or send me an email. I will provide you with availability and pricing for the condos and if you decide to stay with us, I will email you a copy of our rental agreement. Send it back with the downpayment and the rental is yours!
