“Ideal place for vacationing in Miami Beach”

Reviewed 13 Jan 2017

We spent almost 3 weeks at Bill and Diana's apartment at The Pavilion in Miami Beach. It could not have been better. The apartment is facing the ocean, it is comfortable with a Bahamian style decoration, very nice living room opening to a nice balcony where we had drinks at night. There is one large and comfortable master bedroom. The second bedroom is smaller with bunk beds (and no window) but it is very convenient with the second bathroom. Bill was waiting for us at arrival, despite our late arrival and showed us the unit. We later asked him different things and he was very responsive, had a new hair dryer delivered immediatelly as the one in the unit was not working properly. The valet parking is convenient if you call before going downstairs, you just get your car in a minute. We can't wait to go back and rent this apartment again.

Owner's reply: Thank you, Olivier. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you back next year.

“Tranquility”

Reviewed 11 Dec 2016

It was much better than I had expected. I had just moved to Miami from NYC for work & needed a short term for a month until I find a more permanent place. The problem was that it was so nice that I did not want to go to work.

“Exactly as title describes it”

From the initial communication, William was incredibly prompt and proper in all of his responses. He gave us all of the information we needed and was very accommodating in making sure everything was in place from the beginning. He was there when we arrived to show us everything in the apartment and the building and had plenty of info about places nearby. The apartment was lovely, decorated as a home rather than as a holiday rental. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Everything was also provided in terms of kitchen and bathroom items. Would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for families. We would definitely consider staying there again if we visit Miami in the future,

Owner's reply: We are glad that you and your family enjoyed your stay in our apartment. Please come again soon!

“Great location”

Reviewed 11 Apr 2016

Bill is a very easy owner to get along with. The apartment is on the 6th floor and overlooks the beach with a great view The unit is ideal for a family with two kids as the second bedroom Has a double/single bunk bed in it Two full bathrooms, the one is en suite to the very spacious master bedroom The living/dining/kitchen is open plan with lots of room. Kitchen well equipped. Furnishings are in good condition Unit has coolers and beach chairs and stuff for the kids to use on the beach. Lots of loungers on the beach for apartment residents. The complex has a large heated outdoor pool with lots of loungers. I mentioned to Bill that he needs to get management to fix some of the sun umbrellas. Well equipped gym as well Valet parking worked very well during the month we stayed There are a number of restaurants in the area that are hidden in the buildings as advertising is not allowed One local one is a great bistro with very reasonable prices. Buses up and down Collins are very frequent. We often left our rental car in the parking if we went out to South Beach or for cocktails to North Beach. Lots to do in the area We are planning on returning next year

Owner's reply: Thank you, Yvonne. The three sun umbrellas by the pool have now been repaired. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you and Bob back same time next year.

“Wonderful! View gets you minute you walk in door.”

Had a wonderful 2 months in this condo. A few minor hicups, but Bill was always wonderful and responding quickly. Comfortable king bed in Master. Loved the balcony and watching the cruise ships come in and out of port. Everything you need was here. Beach beautiful. Walking excellent. Only readon why we did not give a 5 star, wished the 2nd bedroom could be updated more, possibly with a trundle bed for older guests, currently has bunk beds, and use of a closet. Thank you once again for sharing your condo with us! Sad in Michigan

Owner's reply: Thank you, Patti. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We have bunk beds in the second bedroom since our guests usually include families with young children or teenagers who prefer bunk beds. For elderly couples, the lower bed is a Full-size bed which sleeps two comfortably. Best of all, luggage can be stored underneath the bunk beds to free up space. The hall closet is also available for storage of clothing and other personal items. We look forward to having you back soon!

“Fantastic Condo on the Beach”

Reviewed 20 Mar 2013

We stayed a family of 3 at this beautiful condo on the beach. The views are spectacular and it's a few min walk from the front door to the beach. You can't get any closer than this! The condo is spacious and contains everything you need for your stay from beach towels and chairs to all linens and kitchen items. It's centrally located and we love it so much we're coming back next year!

“Great Place”

Reviewed 16 Jul 2012

I lived in the condo for almost 3 month. It is just great. Most of all, I enjoy the balcony and the view. It is just great to start the day with a coffee watching the dawn. William is a nice guy, easy to deal with. If I will get the chance to work for my company in Miami again, I love to come back.

“Wonderful Experience (Cheryl and Vern)”

Reviewed 6 Mar 2012

My husband and I spent one month at this condo. The photos do not do the place justice. The view is absolutely terrific. We watched the cruise ships almost every day heading out for their destinations. Every morning we had our morning coffee on the balcony. If you are up early enough, you can watch the sunrise - just beautiful. The beds were quite comfortable and there was plenty of storage. There are also beach chairs (which you need if you do not get to the beach early enough to grab a lounge chair) which are very comfortable and beach towels (which are the softest towels I have ever encountered). There is a private parking spot that goes with the condo. This does not sound like much until you are there. Having this parking spot saved us so much time in that we did not have to deal with valet parking every day. Lillian (the owner) is tremendous. She was so friendly and helpful with everything and could not do enough for us. She answered all our questions immediately. She also gave us a list of instructions which, once you read them, will simplify your first few hours/days at the condo. The condo is located in a very safe area. Shopping is not too far away (but you will need a car). Lillian - thank you for everything. We miss you (and your condo) already! Your friends from Saskatchewan, Canada.

We're an italian family of 4 people, very familiar with Miami Beach. We met William, the owner, on this site. He's a very fair gentleman, everything has been perfect with him. His property has a great location, close to the ocean, averything works inside: is an apartment very suitable for those who want to comfortably enjoy the ocean and the beach. To tell the truth, the Pavilion is not one of the most recent built in the area, but has everything needing on vacation. The beach in front of it is great! We reccomend this property and his owner!

Owner Supplied Testimonials

Walk into this condo and your breath is taken away by the view. The open concept means that the first thing you see is the ocean. My husband, myself and our 3 kids stayed in April. The condo was clean and pretty. The builing was well maintained. The owner was easy to deal with, knowledgeable and accessable. We really enjoyed our stay.
