Owners NEVER Responded

Four attempts (online and voice mail messages) and this owner did NOT reply--even to say they had received my request. Did NOT find anything on Vacaion Home Rentals or VRBO that met our needs. So we went back to dependable service from a Marriott property in Eden Prairie.

Short tern stay in MN
September 5, 2011
I raised my children nearby and two of them live in the area with their families. I was happy to find a place that I could occupy for part of a year and have facilities for children and grandchildren to visit. All features and amenities were fine.
Cozy and convenient

We really enjoyed our time at this cozy condo. It was lovely to have a "home" for our 10 day trip to the Twin Cities, rather than a generic hotel room. The location was convenient, including a free parking space. Walking up 4 flights every day (and with luggage-- no elevator) was a bit of a challenge, but worth it. We'd stay here again.

Perfect - what a hidden gem!

We had a fantastic week in Minnesota, in great part due to the comfortable, quiet and convenient accomodations here... wild rabbits at dawn and dusk; quiet tree-lined view - and yet practically walking distance to shopping, great restaurants and the major highway system. The kitchen was a bonus - fully stocked for complete meal cooking! We hope to return again on future visits, and are thrilled to have found such a "home away from home" in MN. Many, many thanks.

This lovely home was just perfect for our visit to the Twin Cities. We felt we lived like Americans for the 3 weeks we were there. Eden Prairie Center was so close with it's mall and many places to eat. Access to the Twin Cities and MOA were very straightforward and we were virtually on the doorstep of our conference venue. We felt very much at home. The house was so comfortable and clean. The view onto the woods was lovely - our girls loved seeing the birds, squirrels, and especially the deer. And we met some lovely people. We'd love to return one day and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Rick and Denises's place again. Thank you.
We're on our way after a great holiday weekend. Thanks much for the use of the townhouse -- it worked out well for us. We found it well equipt (Nancy said she didn't need to bring the roasting pan from Seattle . . ), convenient and private. We enjoyed the neighborhood trails, the restaurants and the 18 movie screens within 10 mn walking! Nancy is leaving a few things in the fridge hoping someone will be able to use them. Best wishes, thanks again and we hope to be back.

Sadly we are heading home tomorrow. We have had such a nice Christmas here, thanks in no small part to our accommodations. We could literally walk anywhere we needed to go, though truthfully we generally took the car. The location was so convenient for access for shopping, meals out, and entertainment. Yet, we felt like we were in the country on our walks through and around the Preserve. We walked around the lake next to the wildlife nesting area, and also visited the hockey rink in the park near your place. We walked to Starbucks next to Jerry's Market, as well as to Dunn Bros Coffee. We were actually able to find everything we needed for Christmas food, decorations, and gifts in a relatively short period of time. We were all settled in for Christmas by Saturday... Your kitchen is so well equipped, we were able to cook Turkey, stuffing, and the works...
We thank you very much for the stay here. What a nice area, and the people seem so friendly. Have a wonderful New Year.

This is a well appointed town house, in a very convenient location. This was my wife's first introduction to the USA. We came via Dulles Washington, which created a very bad first impression for her. Which I am glad to say was recovered by Minnesota, the delightful house and the nice folks in Eden Prairie. Would I return to the same house, you bet I would.

We really enjoyed our stay. The freedom of a "home away from home" worked very well for us.
Amazing that you can be so close to shops, restaurants, major routes and even the airport but still enjoy such peace and quiet.
I would imagine that checking availability for another visit is the greatest compliment.
My wife and I will be in town to adopt a baby...Baby Olivia is doing great, and we are getting a lot of use out of the fireplaces...We see the turkeys about once a day. Yesterday morning we saw a wolf/coyote? chasing a bunny through the backyard... It looks like we may get some more snow tonight...We have seen the deer a few times...Just wanted to let you know we will be leaving MN tomorrow morning...We had a great time and enjoyed your townhome.
