Area Information
We've been on the hunt for a second vacation rental property for the last couple of years. We immediately realized this gem would fit the bill with a fantastic location, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home was built in 1904 and in spite of it's good bones - this sweet house needed major renovations. We can't stay away from a good project and we jumped in with both feet.

Park View Cottage is ideally located in a family friendly neighborhood, immediately adjacent to East City Park in Moscow, Idaho.

Moscow, Idaho is nestled between the beautiful rolling hills of the Palouse and various national forests, Moscow is renowned for its community rich with culture, education, shopping, and year ‘round outdoor recreational opportunities. The city features a plethora of urban amenities including music festivals, museums, art exhibitions, cutting-edge restaurants, boutiques, book stores, coffee shops and much more. You get big city attributes with the small town friendliness and safety.
