Come and enjoy this beautiful, relaxing and romantic waterfront retreat, located on Big Lake, east of Mount Vernon. A perfect place to spend time relaxing!

Enjoy picturesque views of the lake and mountains from the living room and loft. Relax on the deck, enjoy a glass of wine while watching the eagles soar!

The home has two 'Queen' bedrooms and a hide-a-bed in the loft, providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for six. Come prepared to enjoy a weekend getaway or stay for a week! We offer discounts for long-term renters!

The lake provides hours of entertainment. Big Lake is a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors! Year round fishing, kayaking, boating, and water-sports, right from the dock.

The property is private and peaceful but only minutes to town. The historical and quaint little grocery store at the end of the lake provides just about anything you need. Golf courses, Off Road Vehicle (ORV) park and the famous Big Lake Bar and Grill across the lake.

Area Information
The Big Lake area is primarily residential and somewhat rural. The lake itself is 545 acres and is open for year-round fishing and watersports. On the lake's east side is a 9-hole golf course, a 50s-themed bar & grill, a quaint community store, and a small (but quickly growing) elementary school. The latter two are located at the historic north end of the lake, once a bustling logging town. A fire destroyed much of the town proper in the early 1900s, and that which was lost was never rebuilt.
