Autumn Ridge offers a comfortable stay for groups of up to 26 guests. Together, the main home and the guesthouse offer 11 bedrooms and 11.5 baths across nearly 14,000 square feet of beautifully furnished and decorated living space.
Step right in through the impressive wood and copper doorway that gives way into the GREAT ROOM with its vaulted ceilings and massive picture windows that offer spectacular views of the San Sophia Ridgeline. This level of the home contains the LIVING ROOM, which is centered by a huge stone fireplace that warms the surrounding oversize plush sofa and leather armchairs. The GOURMET KITCHEN is nearby, and it's built for large groups with high-end stainless steel appliances by Viking and Sub-Zero that include dual ovens with six large burners and a griddle feature, dual refrigerators, dual dishwashers and a large ice machine. Meals may be enjoyed beneath the unique iron and antler chandelier at the breakfast table, at the formal dining room table or out on the patio at the dining table or the two high-top tables.
The GRAND MASTER SUITE is situated on the home's top level and is accessed through a stone archway. Guests may enjoy jaw-dropping mountain views through the large windows, or you may step through the French doors and onto the patio where you can relax in the comfy chairs with a drink. A gas fireplace graces this room along with a plush king-size bed, a reading nook and a flat-screen television. The master bath boasts a warming steam shower, a separate jetted soaking tub and a dual vanity. A QUEEN SUITE is also on this level, and it comes with a flat-screen television and a private bath with a glass shower with bench seating.
Five more guestrooms are found on the second level of the residence, and this includes two BUNK ROOMS. Each features four twin-size beds, a seating area with a flat-screen television, a private entrance onto the patio and an en-suite bath with a dual vanity and a glass shower. Right across the hall is the home theater that boasts 15 movie-style seats and a popcorn machine along with a mini fridge for drinks to round out the perfect movie night.
Three king suites round out this level, and one is considered the SECOND MASTER SUITE with a comfy four-post bed, a seating area with a flat-screen television, access onto the patio, a large walk-in closet and a private bath with a jetted soaking tub, a separate glass shower with bench seating and a dual vanity. The other two KING GUEST SUITES are identical with access to the patio and a private bath with a glass shower with bench seating. This level also features the wine cellar and the home spa with an in-ground hot tub and two massage rooms for an incredible private massage of your choosing.
On the first level of the home are three guestrooms. One is a FULL SUITE with seating in front of a flat-screen television and an en-suite bath with a glass shower. The other two are identical KING SUITES with access onto the patio, walk-in closets, flat-screen televisions and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. These bedrooms are near the 24-person hot tub, the exercise room, the steam room, the bowling alley with an automatic score-keeping system and the arcade with nearly a dozen popular games including Ms. Pac-Man, pinball machines, foosball, basketball and racing games along with comfy seating in front of a huge television.
The GUESTHOUSE is made up of two levels and comes with a living room with a gas fireplace and a flat-screen television surrounded by a sofa and a chair. Next is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining area with seating for four. There's also a QUEEN SUITE with a balcony that boasts mountain views, a flat-screen television and a private bath with a glass shower.
