There are four bedrooms and 4.5 baths spread across three levels and a full 3,300 square feet of divine living space. Additionally, you'll discover a fully equipped STUDIO APARTMENT over the garage that offers a sleeping space with a twin-size daybed and a twin-size trundle bed along with a living room, a kitchen, a full bath and a private deck with excellent views.
In the MAIN HOUSE, there are impressive vaulted ceilings with amazing views to be enjoyed from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The LIVING ROOM provides a wonderful gathering spot with comfy seating centered around an immense rock wall fireplace, a coffee table and an extra large flat-screen television. The KITCHEN promises to be a delight to any cooking enthusiast, and it boasts high-end appliances that include a gas range, an over-size refrigerator, two ovens, a juicer and a coffee maker. You may dine at the kitchen's breakfast bar, at the large dining table or at the outdoor dining table located on the private deck.
On the top floor of Mountain Melody is the luxurious MASTER SUITE, and its skylights actually allow you to sleep beneath the Colorado stars from the comfort of the plush king-size bed. It also boasts a large private bath with an oversize tub, a separate glass steam shower and dual sinks and a private deck with seating. Two more guest rooms are available on the lower level, and one is a BUNK ROOM that comes with twin-over-queen bunks and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The QUEEN SUITE features a private bath as well and a Keurig coffee maker to help you wake up in the morning. A FAMILY ROOM with extra sleeping space is also on this floor, and it offers a queen sleeper sofa, a desk with a computer for the use of guests, seating around a large television and direct access to the hot tub out on the private patio.
