A detached bungalow located near the town of Barnstaple in Devon, it can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Note: A £100 Good Housekeeping bond is payable to the owner within 7 days of your arrival :Muddykins Cottage is a detached bungalow situated in the town of Barnstaple in Devon. It has two bedrooms comprising of a king size zip/link and a double, there is also a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep four people. Also inside you will find a kitchen and a living dining room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawn and a patio with tables and chairs. Muddykins Cottage is a comforting cottage in a beautiful rural location.

Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with FreeSat, WIFI, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for fire can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawn and patio with table, chairs and a summer house. (smoking allowed outside only). One Well-behaved pet welcome, more than one on request. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 2 minute drive, advisable not to walk to the pub due to unsuitable roads. Small fenced pond in the garden, pets should be supervised. The Garden is completely private providing total privacy.
