New Build 1 is a magnificent, semi-detached holiday home nestled near the coast in Mullion, Cornwall and can sleep eight guests in four bedrooms.The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine chiller, and a living/dining room with seating for eight people, a TV and a electric fire. The property additionally enjoys shared access to an external games room with a full-size snooker table, pool table and dartboard, as well as an external table tennis room. The bedrooms consist of a double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a TV and an en-suite bathroom, two more zip/link doubles with TVs and en-suite shower rooms, and a ground-floor zip/link double with a TV and an en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom/utility with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outside, there is a private rear garden with decking, lawn, hot tub, an outdoor tap for showering dogs, fire pit, barbecue and furniture, and shared grounds with patio, terrace, summerhouse, a children's play area, football pitch and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, pub and a beach. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at the property, however, smoking is not permitted. A highchair and travel cot are also available. Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a picturesque functioning port, are all located in the settlement. Helston is a lovely busy market town noted for its Flora Day Festival, and the intriguing Helston Folk Museum tells numerous stories and traditions concerning the "Furry Dance."
