Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount due has to be paid to block off the dates and confirm the booking, the remaining balance of 50% is payable upon check-in.

Payment may be done thru Western Union if overseas and providing the owner with the remittance details or deposited to the owner's bank account (Bank of Philippine Islands - BPI US dollar or Philippine Peso accounts) by local representative. Western Union's remittance form or the deposit slip will serve as the receipt for the payment duly acknowledged by the owner thru email.

The rental rate is standard in US dollars to avoid conversion issues as guests come from all over the world. Philippine Peso may be accepted but conversion is based on BPI's prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.

No security or damage deposit is required - the unit has a detailed inventory list with corresponding purchase cost and receipt. Any damage or loss may be replaced at owner's acceptance or paid for before check-out.
Q: Is there an internet access inside the unit?
A: The owner has a prepaid internet dongle in the unit but the guest has to purchase the prepaid load available in various stores.
