Welcome to the best 1 Bedroom unit at the beach. There is a reason it books quickly and has great reviews!!! Everything that has been done to the unit is with the renter in mind. I traveled a lot over the years with family and larger groups and aimed to overcome all of the frustrations I have experienced with almost every condo I stayed in. Nothing ruins a trip more than a lack of options, poor cleanliness, and units that forget about things that are needed for your stay. That's why I made it a priority to fully stock my kitchen (even with items most would not think about), add plenty of bedding options, and have a very good cleaning staff. I tried to make it feel just like home and most have agreed with this over the years. I hope that you find my unit to be one of the best you have ever stayed in, as I truly feel it is.

This condo is packed full of great options, and I always offer upfront all inclusive pricing. With extras like 4 separate beds (2 doubles in the bedroom, Queen Sleeper and Single Sleeper in the living room), there is plenty of options for everyone. This unit is perfect for a family of up to 5 or a great golf getaway for a foursome.

Just because it is a 1 Bedroom condo doesn’t mean it is lacking options or luxury. The bedroom has two double beds for added comfort and includes a 20 inch LCD TV with a built in DVD player. In the living room there is a queen size sleeper sofa good for 2 children or a comfortable option for one adult. An additional double chair offers a single sleeper option for even more bedding flexibility. Additionally, the living room offers a 37 inch high definition TV with cable. A Blu-Ray player with streaming options is also available. Netflix and other services can be used with your own account.

The kitchen and dining area offers plenty of room for a lunch or dinner in or breakfast to get the day started. Little extras like an electric griddle, blender, and a fully stocked kitchen allows you to have everything right at your fingertips. From full meals to the evening mixed drink, you should find what you need!!! Finally, the dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer helps saves time so you can maximize your vacation time and take advantage of all Myrtle Beach has to offer. With the beach just 1.5 miles away along with a nice pool just behind the unit, the extra time will be easy to fill.

Free WiFi sets us apart from many other Myrtlewood units and allows for the kids to keep up with Social media. The adults can also stay “connected” with their normal daily readings or upload your family vacation pictures as you go. Of course just using it for fun is also a great option.

The upscale furnishings and golf décor makes you feel like you have truly gotten away from it all. I hope that you get the chance to experience my unit and have the chance to take advantage of all the great offerings in the Myrtle Beach area.
Area Information
I purchased this unit in Myrtlewood due to the location and community. The unit was an end unit on the first floor which really gave it a nice feeling of not having neighbors. The location is great as you are no more than 5 miles from anything that Myrtle has to offer. There are plenty of activities, golf, night life, all at your backdoor. The Grand Strand has tons of options, and Myrtlewood couldn’t be more centrally located to take advantage of all of them.

We had a wonderful experience here and would definitely rent again. It is nicely kept, comfortable and clean, well-located, and well-equipped. The pool area is right in back, and is a wonderful place to sit and read as well as take a swim. We slept well and the living room is a nice place to relax and watch a movie at night. Area attractions are close, as well as great restaurant choices. Great time!

My family returned for a second visit! :) We love this condo because it is so well stocked with everything that you could need. The owner is excellent to work with--trustworthy and prompt to answer questions. We hope to return next year!

Our stay at Mr. Edwards condo was just as good as we anticipated that it would be. Access to the property was very easy, the condo was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided. With our busy schedule we actually did not have time to enjoy the pool but had there been time, there was easy access to the pool as well.

Our overall recommendation for this property is good.

I travel a lot, and stay away from home in rental and hotel rooms at least four weeks of the year. We had a great experience in this property. The condo exceeded our expectations with cost, cleanliness and other amenities (everything was thought of). We had three adult golfers in this unit for a week. My concern was space, but it ended up being more than enough. I will come back with my family. This Magnolia Place unit is centrally located at Myrtlewood in Myrtle Beach about 10 blocks down 48th Ave. (a brisk walk) from the beach. All of the furnishing and tv?s are new; the Wi-Fi is strong and the bedding was comfortable. the booking process to rent and pay was hassle free.

I go to Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head and Florida each once a year and this rental is the cleanest, and most convenient rental of them all. This is a hidden space that is close to everything downtown MB, but safely tucked away on the quiet grounds of Myrtlewood. I will be back in the years to come.

We stayed here for the month of February. Enjoyed it very much. The first floor condo is well maintained and comfortable, and the owner is very nice to work with, Myrtlewood is in a central location, close to the beach & Broadway at the Beach etc.. It is on the golf course for golfers and the Myrtlewood section is very quiet, nice swimming pools close by and it has good security and no worries about your vehicle. The properties are very well maintained. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a comfortable condo to stay in.

My wife and I have visited the Myrtle Beach area annually for the past 20 years. For a clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced condo with every convenience you could want, look no further. This is it! Ideally located close to *EVERYTHING* (golf, beaches, restaurants, attractions, etc) this Myrtlewood condo has a quiet, private location easily accessible to walking/nature trails, swimming pools, and 2 on-site golf courses. For those needing last minute "essentials", a supermarket mall with supporting stores is less than a mile away. Additionally, Aaron (the owner) is extremely responsive to your every need/request and will go out of his way to insure that his guests have a memorable vacation.

My family really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was clean and just as shown. The owner was very polite and easy to work with. This unit is in a perfect location-you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, yet, you are five minutes to any place you want to go--the beach or Broadway! We loved it! Free wi-fi made the children very happy too!

You could not ask for a better place to stay, and for a family on a budget the price was perfect. Pictures shown are exactly what you get. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you would need, making it feel like home and not a rental. Condo is located where you are close to restaurants,shopping,and all sorts of activities. Aaron the owner is so easy to work with. He goes the extra mile to make sure your stay will be a perfect one. Our family will be making a return visit to his place.

We are a retired Canadian couple who decided to take a "getaway from cold weather" trip to Myrtle Beach. We found Aaron through a private rental site and we are glad that we did. The condo is a large one-bedroom with plenty of space. The unit is clean, well equipped and comfortable. Our plan was to stay for two weeks, but the good weather here made us ask for a third week, a request which Aaron agreed to at a very reasonable price. He is excellent to deal with and kept in touch with us to be sure that we had all we needed. The location is great with the #17 bypass right outside the entry, and the Myrtlewood golf courses are a two minute drive from the door. All in all, a great place at good value and we will be staying here again when we can.

We love the condo! We love the location! We had great chats around the pool with locals! We are close to grocery stores,liquor stores, the beach,golf courses and lots of shopping and site seeing for everyone! Evening entertainment is awesome! The home owner is wonderful and easily accessible if need be. 11 months til we return for another month! Woohoo!

We wanted to take a vacation for 4th of July weekend, after looking and searching so many places, we found this perfect place for us, honestly it was the best choice we made. The place is just wonderful,clean, neat and organized it has everything like a house, we truly enjoyed it, also it's close to stores, places to eat and the beach. We will come back :)

A: All payments are processed via secure online Credit Card processing powered by Stripe. This provides an easy hassle free secure payment process for both the renter and the owner!!! I accept all major credit cards.

A: $300 is required to hold the reservation, then the remaining rental costs are due 30 days prior to arrival.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: I have a strict no pets policy. If this is important to you I am sorry my unit is not for you. Due to allergies of other guests I keep the unit pet free. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Q: Are their any special requirements to rent the condo?
A: I only rent the condo to families. The community is a nice quiet community and they don't allow parties or excessive noise. Additionally, I have a requirement that at least one person staying in the unit is 25 years of age or older. The unit is also a pet free and smoke free unit.
