Room looked just like photos. Beach was a short easy walk. Comfortable bed, clean room, couple of bugs in the bathroom throughout the week. Kitchen adequately stocked. Just needed towels and extra toilet paper but owner made us aware and came prepared. Pools very clean and nice. Very few people at pool. Beach somewhat crowded. Only complaint was that neighborhood was very sketchy. Wouldn't want to walk anywhere alone even in the day. You have to drive to get to any of the downtown dining or shops anyway so not a big deal. Overall I would stay again.

High value but very, very low cost.

Bob's 2 room condo is probably the best bargin in Myrtle Beach. (I checked many on-line sites before and during our stay and all were higher with less to offer.) The fourth floor gives a great view of the ocean - including sunrises - and it is a short walk to the beach. M. B. is relatively deserted in February so you have the resort amenities and city pratically to yourself. I used the indoor handball court at Bluewater to improve my tennnis skills. Bob is very friendly and accomodating. There are many things to explore in the off season without the heat or crowds of summertime. We had a very enjoyable month of friendly southerners, no snow, warm sunshine, great roads (no potholes) with little traffic and many places - including nearby Conway, the Boardwalk downtown, many malls, Market Commons, Broadway on the Beach, Brookgreen, many libraries (and many, many restrauants) etc. - to explore and enjoy. The only negatives 1) the DVD player would not play one of two sets of travelogues we brought to watch and 2) occasionally the wifi was slow for movies on the computer. I highly recommend staying at this condo for its cost and convenience and cozy comfort.

Owner's reply:

Glad you enjoyed my little unit!!!! The Bluewater is currently working on the wifi problem. I'll work on the DVD player asap. Thanks Len!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room, near everything, easy access to the beach!
