MINIMUM 30 NIGHT RENTAL IS REQUIRED (condo association rule).


Relax in the beautiful heated 600' Lazy River pool and enjoy the sunshine of the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida. This unique pool is shaped in a large oval and has a mild current that allows you to just drift around on your favorite pool "floatie".

This condo is a HOME. It's not your standard rental property with cheap bare-bones furnishings. The furniture was recently purchased and the unit is fully stocked with all the necessary amenities to allow you to just "move in". Just bring your clothes and personal items.

This is a 1650 square foot, second floor unit with vaulted ceilings.

Minimum 30 night rental. (Sorry, this is a rule of the condo association and they are not very flexible about it.)

The condo is located in Falling Waters Beach Resort which is a gated community at the intersection of State Road 951 (Collier Blvd) and US 41 (Tamiami Trail). Downtown Naples is about 8 miles NW on Tamiami Trail and Marco Island is about 8 miles South on Collier.

This condo was beautiful and immaculate!!! We could not have been more pleased! The owner was so organized everything went off without a hitch. T he lazy river pool was as advertised and we spent many hours in it!!! We highly recommend this condo!

My friends from Belgium and I stayed for the month of January 2007. We were very pleased with our choice to stay in this beautiful Florida home. We had a fantastic time. In the immediate area we went alligator watching with air boats in Everglade City, canoe riding the estuary on Barefoot Beach, sunning on Lovers Key, Marco Island dolphin watching and the list goes on and on. Nicole fell in love with the circular river-like pool who's currant glides you past islands and tropical paradise like I have never seen. Ed and Mary's place feels much nicer than other rented accommodations I have seen. They offer full cookware and multiple table settings that are scarcely found elsewhere. This winter get-a-way really has a strong level of comfort from the quality furniture and beds to friendly and helpful neighbors. And the location could not be better to enjoy all that the southern Florida gulf cost has to offer. It truly has been a pleasure. Thanks again.

We have so enjoyed our month here at your beautiful condo. While it was snowing up north, we had 70 and 80 degree weather, so of course, we spent a lot of time in the lazy river.

February 2009 Excellent place to spend a month or longer. Condo is very comfortable and centrally located in the Naples/Marco Island area with easy access to supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, shopping and the Everglades. We particularly enjoyed making meals on the electric grill located out in the condo's lanai. The area is very quiet at night which allowed us to keep the glass sliding doors open through the night allowing fresh air to enter instead of relying on the air conditioning. We are both avid tennis players and can affirm to the excellent quality of the two courts on site. We had another couple staying with us for a week and the lay-out of the condo afforded them a completely private bedroom and bathroom. The Wi-Fi internet connection was indispensable as it allowed us to maintain communication with our business and family back home. We would definitely stay here again.

"This is a beautiful condo, immaculate, all one could possibly desire as a home away from home for six months. The comfort of the king size bed is wonderful as are the twin beds in the guest bedroom. The sofa provides a queen size bed, but is just as comfortable sleeping on the unopened sofa for one person. The master bathroom is spacious and the shower head spray and pressure is so perfect we went looking for the exact kind of shower head to replace ours in Maine! It is elegently furnished, but cozy, the neutral colors throughout are pleasing to live with and everything was provided to make our rental stay from October 2007 through April 2008 a pleasure. All one needed to do was go shopping for food which is another plus, the Publix food store was practically across the highway. The owners are always available and pleasant. Mary & Ed,

We had a wonderful time in Naples and the condo was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately we were not able to tidy up as much as I had hoped to; we got lost Wed night coming back from the Keys. Last Thursday we went to Marco Island and rented a cabana and chairs for the day which led to the next day of staying in the condo all day due to sunburn!! And we loved it!! A whole day of down time was just what we needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Other owners do not charge sales tax, why do you?
A: Florida state law requires 6% sales tax on all short term or transient rentals of six months or less. Collier County also requires 4% Tourist Tax on short term rentals. Other owners may include these taxes in the total fee or they may be ignoring the law. It is best to ask the owner. If you're not sure, ask to see a copy of the Florida Sales Tax certificate.
Q: What is the minimum rental period?
A: According to the rules of our condo association, a 30 night minimum is required.
Q: Can I bring a small dog?
A: Sorry, renters are not allowed to have pets.
Q: How far is the beach?
A: Marco Island is about 8 miles away and downtown Naples is also about 8 miles away. Both have excellent beaches. Our favorite is Naples Pier. We've seen Dolphins and manatees in the waters while swimming there.
Q: Is the condo kid-friendly?
A: Unfortunately, we maintain our unit as a retirement destination since we will retire there eventually. There are a lot of breakable items and the unit is not kid-proofed. No outlet covers or cabinet locks. The residents of the complex are mostly retired, so there are not a lot of kids in the area and there is no playground onsite.
