Description of the Naples vacation home rental
Our secluded and intimate waterfront villa offers private Gulf of
Mexico beach access just across the street. It is corner situated,
with full east, south, and west sun exposure, on a small and quiet
cul-de-sac street with no through car traffic. Surrounded by
multi-million dollar mansions and Naples' most wealthy and private
neighborhood the atmosphere resembles a tropical paradise. Walk and
bike leisurely to Olde Naples in safety using designated bike paths
and walkways. Enjoy the close proximity to the private beach access on
the Gulf by a short walk or boat/kayak ride from our dock.

This home and its' Port Royal locale will fulfill a couple's dream of
an exotic honeymoon or get-away, a corporate or family outing catering
to a wide array of activities and tastes, or a person or group of
people's disposition to an affluent lifestyle.

The entire interior is beautifully furnished with luxury silk drapes as well as bamboo blinds and contains numerous silk plants that flow to a relaxing Floridian artwork theme and custom furniture pieces. Stay cool, or warm up, as our home has a dual zone air conditioning and heating system. On cooler evenings set the mood with the natural wood burning fireplace.

Moreover, 1000 square feet of outdoor living space is available under a lanai that is ready to entertain. The outdoor lanai is lighted and has large stereo speakers, is cooled by 2 fans, and is clad in stone floor and a custom wood ceiling. It has a large stainless steel grill, a 6 person seating wrought iron dinner table fit for large meals. In addition, there is seating for another 5 people on the cushioned teak wood sofa, lounge chairs and ottoman at the teak wood coffee table. Park 2 large cars in our garage and let guests park in our driveway or the adjacent private parking lot which can fit large RV's, boats, etc.

The laundry houses intelligent Whirlpool washer and dryer machines with touch screen LCDs making them easy to use. Washing and cleaning supplies as well as a vacuum are available. A Roventa iron with steam and ironing board are available as well as plenty of beach towels. After a day at the pool or the beach there is an outdoor shower to
wash off any sand.

Exterior tropical landscaping is professionally attended to as it complements the home as well as the neighborhood's natural scenery. Tropical fruiting plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, palms, plus lot of other vegetation and foliage envelope the property. Likewise, the pool and hot tub are professionally maintained and promoted to blend into the natural environment unobtrusively. The hot tub flows into the pool with full controls over the heat, jets, and lights. There are 3 large cushioned and reclining teak wood lounge chairs plus a teak wood umbrella

The home has two large-screen high definition televisions that are
controlled from one intuitive LCD touch screen Universal Remote
Control MX-3000. The kitchen, dining, and living room easily watches
HDTV cable service on a 45' 1080p LCD with wall installed custom
speaker satellites and a sub woofer. In contrast the family room seats
6 and serves as a entertainment media hub with a 73" 1080p DLP
connected with a PS3 Bluray/Dvd player, Dishnetwork HDTV service, a Denon 3806 receiver with 120watts x 7, and a home theater personal computer. The HTPC runs Windows Media Center Edition and accesses the internet plus has an integrated DVD and CD player as well as stores over one terabyte of movies and music making them available at the press of a button. The entire home has a strong secure WiFi wireless internet signal and in addition every room
also has access to the wired gigabyte Ethernet network.

Area Information
Cross the street to private beach access of the Gulf of Mexico. Home is directly on the canal with a 100' dock with a boat lift for a 38' boat and 2 jet ski lifts. Our home/dock is located near the southern most part of Port Royal, 5 minutes from the Everglades, Gordon Pass, and the Gulf of Mexico. Great for those who love fishing & boating. A 2 person Kayak and paddles are available and ready to drop into the canal. Also, there is a 10x10' area designated to lounging near the canal or for fishing. Two fishing poles, nets, and buckets are ready to use. If renting a boat/yacht from the Naples Marina you may keep it on our wirelessly controlled boat lift.

Also provided are 3 bicycles that comfortably fit adults, badminton
and tennis racquets, a water tube/tire , 2 wet suits, at least 5 life
vests, a pair of water skis, 5 beach chairs and an umbrella, two ice
coolers, a couple of sets of snorkel goggles with tubes and flippers.
There are also volleyballs, Frisbees, and jump rope

Other Activities: Shelling, kayaking, boating, jetskiing, dining

Golf: Naples is renowned for its golfing and their is much to take advantage of. Our home is not on or very close to any golf courses, unfortunately we are surrounded by the beautiful water and canals of the Gulf of Mexico and the everglades here in Port Royal!
