“Cousins Retreat”

Reviewed 29 May 2016

We arrived at the Condo in downtown Nashvlle, Tenn around 3pm on Sunday afternoon. The place was amazing. The condo was above our expections from the staff to the beds. It was very clean and the furniture was beautiful. The price affordable.Only drawback was construction was going on right outside our bedroom. That was not a problem since we went there to have fun and that we did. It was a safe and secure location.

“Good price & location”

Condo was clean, building is new & pool was great. Big enough for 6 people. Master bedroom has a walking closet. Good amenities. Condo is 15-20 min walk from MCC and Bridgestone Arena. Around a 20 min walk to the LP Field. A recycle bin is provided every other day or so in the hallway. Didn't see a bin in the condo to collect the recycling in the meantime. Our biggest issues was the number of keys. There are only 3 keys for the condo & 2 swipe keys for the building door. Since the 6 of us had different schedules, we had to coordinate who had the keys and when. Specially when the building door is locked. Sleeper sofa didn't have sheets and we couldn't find them. My friends decided to buy some. In general, a good place to stay when visiting Nashville.

Owner's reply: The extra sheets and towels are in a zippered bad and should be in one of the closets. They should have been on the top shelve in the closet.

“Great for the most part”

Condo was functional except for the handicapped bathroom - it was impossible to shower without flooding the floor - felt like this should have been disclosed. Also felt like we should have been told about the train that runs LOUDLY behind the building all day AND NIGHT. No TV in 2nd bedroom was also a disappointment. The building was awesome though - loved the pool, lobby and fitness center; it felt safe and secure plus wonderfully convenient to downtown.

“Nashville Fun!”

This property was PERFECT for our mom/daughter get away weekend!! A couple people thought it was too far out but it truly was a wonderful location. $30.00 cab ride got us to Lower Broadway. We also visited Arrington Vineyards and this location was perfect. The home itself was 5 star! Clean and safe and very relaxing. Our only suggestion...bring toilet paper...we missed that fine print and had to make a quick run to the grocery (which is only 3 minutes away!) Everything was in working order and we truly felt at home in this townhome.
