“Very nice spot”
This place was very clean when we got there. The owners were more then accommodating to us. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the A/C so when we got there we didn't touch anything thinking the A/C was on but we think it was still in energy saving mode so house was a bit warm. Other then that everything was great!!
A group of friends and I made our annual trek down to Nashville for a week. As usual, the house was clean and welcoming, and stocked with everything we needed. The location is great as the house is centrally located for anything you may want to do in or around Nashville.
The place was great! Conveniently located, easy access to interstates and walking distance to downtown.
“Amazing house, perfect location!”
We stayed here in September and thoroughly enjoyed the house & Nashville! House was clean, spacious and had everything you could need, 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, laundry room, kitchen & dining table. 15 mins drive from the airport and 5 mins from downtown. The neighbourhood was very quiet and neighbours seemed friendly. We enjoyed visiting downtown, and the tried Tootsies, Rippy's and the tin roof, they were great, brilliant music. We visited the country music hall of fame which was interesting and well worth a visit. We visitied Opry Mills shopping centre which had lots of shops and restaurants, the grand ole opry was opposite the centre and we had a night of music there which was spectacular! We also took the General Jackson afternoon boat trip, the entertainment was fantastic. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, grocery store around 5 min walk away, restaurants around 5-10 min walk. We used the uber app for taxi's which was excellent.
This place is close to everything. It cost us very little to Uber to downtown. Less than a 30 minute drive to the gorgeous vineyards. Right next to the breweries and a great country diner that I highly recommend called Arnolds. One of the girls and I even had a great run through the neighborhood and city from the property! We had a great time and this definitely beat multiple rooms in a hotel. Everything was setup very well and payment was easy! Thank you for letting us use your place for a few days!
Owner's reply: Thank you! So glad that you had a great time in Nashville.
“Vanderbilt Graduation Vacation”
We enjoyed our sty in this convenient, well maintained, nicely decorated, fully appointed home away from home. We were able to have the family together and it worked out great. The owners were easy to work with and provided additional information and maps of points of interest in the area that were helpful. Good Wi-Fi and TV's in all three large bedrooms and the living room allowed everyone to enjoy quiet time and family time. It worked out for our family to celebrate Graduation, Birthdays and Mother's day together. Thanks
“Excellent Stay In Nashville!”
We visited Nashville from August 10th to the 17th and this house made our stay extremely enjoyable! The location is perfect - close to downtown for all touristic ventures and central to other parts of Nashville which should be visited during any stay. The area was nice and there are plenty of nice restaurants and stores within walking distance. We even walked downtown one night to go on Broadway and it only took us about 25 minutes. The house has everything you need and if you are missing anything there are grocery stores nearby. When we return next year I hope to be staying at this lovely house once again!
“Home away from home”
This was the perfect home away from home for us. Very clean and right in the middle of town. Close to good restaurants , music row and just a $9 cab ride away from the honky tonk bars. We would for sure stay here again!
“Great place to stay”
This house was very neat and clean. The yard was also well kept up. There were 3 couples that stayed here and we all agreed that when we come back to Nashville we will plan our vacation so we can stay here again. We did not do any cooking in the house although the kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances, dishes and flatware. The house is located in a quite neighborhood and we only saw a few residents while we were there. We walked downtown to Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame twice even though it was about 1.5 miles. We found out later that there is a free bus that will pick you up at the corner of 11th ave and 12 ave and will take you downtown. This corner is about 5 or 6 blocks from the house. Taxie service cost about $11.00 for a group of 6 to go to Broadway and about $38.00 to go to Opryland.
Owner's reply: Thanks! We did not know about the free bus, I'll pass it along Luisa
“Perfect in every way”
This is the most perfect accommodation for a stay in Nashville. Situated a 5 minute car ride from Downtown Nashville,it's far enough away to leave the noise behind and near enough to enjoy the fun (cab fare approx $6) It's in beautiful, safe neighbourhood with easy access to the main roads if travelling around Tennessee. Within walking distance (5-10mins) is the fabulous Division St with independent restaurants, bars and live music. This is not like Downtown at all, this is where the locals pop out for a slice of pizza whilst listening to a band. The house is a real gem. Homely, comfortable and spacious with every utility you may need. It has its own drive and every effort is made to make you fell like it's a home from home. The furnishings are sumptuous and the house was spotless. I can't recommend this property enough. If you want to stay right in the tourist spot with the noise and the crowds this probably isn't the rental for you. But if you need an oasis after the fun and games of Downtown Nashville and fancy mingling with the laid back, local crowd on occasion - book it quick!

Just a note on the parking, we have spots for 2 cars off the street in the driveway and there is free off street parking in front of the house. - Luisa
