“Beautiful comfortable home”
We came to Nashville for the Scentsy Family Reunion and to visit the Grand Ole Opry. We choose to stay in a home instead of a cramped hotel room. The house is beautiful, roomy, very comfortable. We had every thing we needed right there. Relaxing in the back yard at the river is a plus. We enjoyed watching the boats and barges go up and down the river. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a home away from home that is close to Grand ole Opry and Nashville.
The home was absolutely amazing! Had everything I was looking for. If I ever travel to Nashville again, I'll be sure to rent this cottage.
Owner's reply: Thank you
“Better than a hotel!”
We decided to rent a home instead of a hotel and boy did we make a great decision. This was our home away from home. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and the views of the river was breathtaking. Watching the boats float by made my son jump for joy. I would highly recommend renting this home. You won't regret it. Coming from a busy life in Florida and being able to relax in a quiet, beautiful country home made it all worthwhile. I can't wait to come back. Thank you for having us :-)
“Super convenient location”
We came down to Nashville for a 4 day getaway to celebrate my wife beating her cancer. The house was very charming and well decorated, it was way more room than the two of us needed, but better that than cramped in a hotel. We went to the Grand ol Opry, and it is literally right around the bend, as well as the mall, and the General Jackson boat. We saw many boaters and jet skiers on the river, and had a very relaxing stay. The bed was very comfy, but the bed frame was damaged, and we woke up like newlyweds in a big pit in the middle. A quick phone call to the owners and it was taken care of. The amenities were top notch, we really enjoyed our stay there.
“Family Thanks Giving Gathering”
My family chose Nashville as the central location to spend time together for Thanksgiving. Some were coming from Illinois, and North Carolina. We really enjoyed the Beautiful waterfront cottege on the Bend! The setting was very quiet and serene. The cottagee was comfortable, relaxing, and most accomodating. The owners were very helpful! Thanks! we would highly recommen this property!
We were pleased to get a very clean cottage, with nice dishes and pans. The beds were super comfy and the sheets were very nice. The owners were very helpful, l with places to eat, things to do. We plan on doing a return visit to the Nashville area.
Owner's reply: We are so glad you were comfortable and pleased with the cottage. Please come back and visit again. Cleland and Suzanne (owners)
Great house! Wonderful owners! Great river views; relaxing getaway. Convenient to EVERYTHING!!. I would definitely recommend this rental to my family and friends. Suzanne and Cleland were wonderful to deal with - very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. Thanks for all your assistance. The Pittsburgh Friends
Two words: rent it! Clean, excellent location, fully stocked kitchen (exceeds any house we have rented), nice bathrooms. Room for two families or for parents with kids (young, teens, older).
“Outstanding beautiful home”
I shared this home with several family members while in Nashville for my nephew's wedding. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and appointments of this lovely home. The location along the Cumberland River was very photogenic. My personal favorite was the chandelier in the master bath! I highly recommend this home if you are staying anywhere near Nashville.
Owner's reply: Thank you so much..I love my chandelier too😃 We work very hard to keep our place super clean.
We have stayed at many lake homes in TN. And this is one of the best. The property is much larger than the pictures show. Each room is remodeled and decorated utilizing high end and up to date materials. If you want to be close to Opryland and downtown Nashville, this is a perfect location. We typically spend most of our time on the water doing sports. This location isn't great for that, but the trip to Old Hickory lake was a fun outing. Going through the locks was an experience. Perfect home for three couples, a group, or a family like ours. Thanks to the owners. Very clean and relaxing home.
