Description of the New Braunfels vacation home rental
The property is a DUPLEX. That means there are two completely separate units under one roof. You MUST RENT BOTH UNITS of the duplex during all summer weekends and all holidays.

The FLOOR PLAN for the ENTIRE property is as follows:

2 bedrooms have 1 queen bed each, 2 lofts have 1 queen bed each and 2 bedrooms have 4 twin beds each set-up on bunk beds. There is a queen sleeper/sofa in each of the 2 living rooms and of course there are 2 complete kitchens and 2 nice bathrooms.

The Rio Raton Duplex is at 6780 River Road outside the city limits of New Braunfels. We are directly at Second Crossing.

This part of the GUADALUPE RIVER is the prime tubing section of the river. New Braunfels silly beer restriction laws DO NOT APPLY anywhere on this area of the Guadalupe.
