Fully Furnished Historic Garden District Condo in a newly Restored Victorian 2-story double, over 1100 sq. feet. Just 2 blocks to Vibrant Magazine St. restaurants and bars-Tipitina's, etc, 2 block to Napoleon Ave. and 3 blocks to St. Charles Ave and streetcars. Premium Cable TV and High Speed Internet. Gorgeous Covered backyard deck furnished and well lit with lounge seating and a Gas grill for your use. Large privacy fences keep the house, backyard and deck secluded. The interior/exterior was completely renovated in 2006 with reclaimed hardwood floors, pocket doors and a stunning fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a new tempurpedic queen size mattress. The master bath includes a large Whirlpool spa. Powder room on the first floor. 2 bedrooms accommodate 2 couples or 4 people and another person on the brand new sofa sleeper .

Downtown/French Quarter is a short cab ride or a 20 minute streetcar ride down St. Charles Ave. Audubon Park and New Orleans zoo are also a short cab ride or 10 min. streetcar ride away.

“Perfect Pet-Friendly Accommodation”

Couldn't get a better accommodation for our first trip to New Orleans. Location is perfect, close to Magazine St. for restaurants, coffee, or groceries; and Charles St. for the street car into Downtown. Located in the Garden District, the neighborhood is so walkable and feel so safe. The house is so well equipped, makes our stay hassle free!! Byron is the nicest "landlord", he met us at the beginning of our stay, even when we arrived later than it should be. Since he lives next door, it is very easy to contact, whenever we have questions. We will definitely come back in the summer!

Byron is the most wonderful host! He is right next door if needed, but allows his guests plenty of space. His home is elegantly decorated yet comfortable. We have stayed here several times and will always request a reservation when we are visiting New Orleans. We cannot recommend this property enough!

This is the second time i’ve stayed at Byron’s rental, and i absolutely love it. It is in the perfect neighborhood, just above the Garden District. Anything you could need or want is provided. Actually, more! There are 3 state of the art TV’s, one in the living room, one in each of the bedrooms. It is so close to everything while at the same time in such a peaceful street. My favorite thing to do was sit on the upstairs balcony, which is in the shade of a beautiful tree. It was heaven. Byron is the best host, warm and accommodating. I can’t wait to stay there again.

This was an amazing property. Had everything my friend, husband, and I needed. When we weren’t shopping or looking through museums, we stayed in and enjoyed ourselves. If we had any problems, Byron was very easy to get ahold of via phone or text, which was great for our peace of mind. Would definitely recommend this property to everyone, and hope to stay here again!
