Whether it's one night or a hundred nights, live the New Orleans experience! Our newly renovated and artfully decorated townhome is in the PERFECT LOCATION to visit the Crescent City. We are located on historic St. Charles Avenue and perfectly centered for convenient access to all the BIG EASY has to offer. If you choose to drive, no worries, free off-street parking is provided and only ten steps from your door. The Trolley stop is two skips away for a short ride to the French Quarter or Audubon Park/Zoo and historic shopping, museums, world famous restaurants, the Convention Center, and Warehouse District are a short stroll.

We have listed our Townhome as a 2 Bedroom/1 Bath and described it as a 1, 2 or 3 Bedroom 1 or 2 Bath. So I will explain! Our desire is to fit your need and ultimately share the New Orleans Experience.

Our Townhome is a two story historic building with a 1 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs and a 2 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs. We have recently renovated the downstairs to incorporate 2 bedrooms/1 bath/living area/kitchen and dining area/laundry and the upstairs with1 bedroom/1 bath/living dining area/balcony over St. Charles Ave./kitchen with laundry. These units are divided by a common door, but each has its own entrance.
So you can choose the Escape that is right for you! Our beautiful Old New Orleans Upstairs 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a large balcony, our Immaculate Downstairs 2 bedroom 1 bath with street access to St. Charles Ave., or take it all for family or friends.

This is our second time staying at this condo. Perfect for two. Your in the centre of New Orleans a street car to Quarter, couple blocks to Magazine St., Fresh Market across street amazing. Condo comfortable,quiet,clean we loved it.

Had a wonderful time in New Orleans. The house was just perfect, so close to the streetcar line. You can hop on and off for $3 bucks a day and it takes you right to Bourbon and the French Quarter. Close to places to eat and a wonderful market. Beds were quite comfortable nice plush white towels. The manager lives right by so if you need something all is taken care of.

We stayed Voodoo weekend for 3 nights in this condo. Very clean and has everything you could need from an iron down to a box fan. It was kinda weird going out on balcony through the window but once we got use to it we loved it. We sat on balcony and watched streetcars and even watched a marathon one morning. Condo was one block away from Emeril's and Wendy's and Popeyes. Streetcar stop was a block away also. The only thing negative I could say is the couch bed was more uncomfortable than most. Probably could use a new eggcrate mattress. Brad with the rental agency was VERY helpful and even worked it out for us to check in 2hrs early due to a 12hr ride and a migraine. We only got into our car one time for swamp tour other than that everything is right there at condo that you could ever need. Felt very safe in area condo located. I would stay in this condo and rent from this agency again. Also be careful packing heavy luggage. Stairs to condo VERY steep.

The New Orleans Condo I rented had some old world charm and New Orleans appeal but it also had some issues. The inside staircase accessing the unit was old and wobbly. The night I arrived the water was not working because of construction downstairs. The water was fixed early in the morning when the noisy construction began. Even with the water working the hot water had low pressure making it difficult to shower. The construction noise, water issues, and difficult stairs were all small issues compared to the security door. The only door accessing the unit was in fact two doors the outside security door was a metal framed door with two locks keyed only on the outside. Inner door was a wood door that also had two locks keyed on the outside. The problem is both doors open OUT! When you entered the unit you could only close and lock the inside wooden door. You had no way of accessing the metal security door from inside. However, someone outside could close the door locking you inside or even twist the lock before closing the door to prevent others (fireman) from opening the door. Keep in mind both doors opened out you could not open or close the outer door from the inside! Even the wind blowing the outer door closed would lock you inside!
