SUNNY EXPOSURE WAS GREAT!

Angela was wonderful! She was kind, attentive and always available if we needed any assistance. The refrigerator was fully stocked when we arrived and all the amenities were of excellent quality. Everything smelled fresh and new and not a single solitary bug! There was extra towels, all sorts of spices for whatever I was cooking and every type of pan imaginable.
Thank you Angela for all your help. I will definitely be back!

A Vacation Dream!!!!

My friends and I really enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful cozy home. Everything was beautiful and extremely comfortable it was 10 mins from Canal Street so we were close to all of the festivities without having to deal with all the extra noise. The owner was so sweet and attentive anything we needed she was right there to help. I recommend everyone to stay at this beautiful home and I plan to stay again!!!!!!

Wonderful!! A great place to stay for Tulane/Loyola events!

My family and I recently stayed for a long weekend to attend the Tulane Graduation. We also had grandparents with us and this house was perfect! It was clean (it passed the fussy-grandmother test), and very close to campus and just a short drive from the Superdome. It was safe (we appreciated the alarm system) and very convenient. We rented a car to transport everyone and never had difficulty finding a place to park. It was exceptionally convenient with all the features of home, including the much-appreciated k-cups of coffee and tea. The senior were happy to have access to a full kitchen and refrigerator. I also liked having a washer/dryer IF I needed it. The owner was super and very personable and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I thoroughly enjoyed the common areas of the house (kitchen, living room) as a place to gather, eat, and talk. If we had rented two hotels rooms this type of gathering during "down time" would not have been possible. We are planning to return next year to attend a football game in Tulane's new stadium and this will be the first place I'll check for availability. I loved Tulane, NOLA, and this house!

Luxurious home away from home!

This lovely spacious house was everything wonderful just as listed and pictured. Walking in you are greeted by the sparkling clean and artfully-decorated setting. Looking around you find all the amenities, necessities, and little extras you could want or need. Then you experience the comforts of the fluffy towels, cushy sofas, and supportive beds where you'll sleep like a baby. (My husband and I have back problems and wish these beds were our own!) TVs and internet work great. The neighborhood is just what we wanted...quiet and safe, not in the thick of the Nola liveliness. Our adult daughter (who lives two streets over from this house) drove us around every day to a variety of neighborhoods for food, fun and music. Then we could escape back to our tranquil home again at night. (We did take the trolley a couple of times, which was fine too.) We truly loved our time in Nola even more than we imagined we would...the friendly Nola residents, fabulous food and drinks, and incredible live music on Frenchman Street. Next spring we plan to visit our daughter again, and I will book early enough so that we are assured to have our peaceful lovely home away from home to welcome us back in comfort and style!

Excellent Sunny Exposure

This cottage was EXACTLY as advertised, very clean and well maintained. The photos accurately reflect the appearance and amenities in the home. Perfect location, close to many things that makes New Orleans unique and pleasantly accommodating. The open floor plan serves well for entertaining and the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. We all felt very safe in the neighborhood and the owner was easy to reach if needed. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this home and would consider staying here again. Parking was a slight issue, would recommend practicing your parallel parking skills prior to arrival. THANK YOU for making our visit to NOLA perfect!

Wonderful Uptown Retreat

Our family loved staying in this sunny NOLA "shotgun" house. The house is lovely - loads of upgrades, beautiful updated kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, three flatscreen televisions, two great bathrooms and laundry. The location worked perfectly for all of our NOLA adventures. We had five people, so our son slept comfortably on the sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress). There was even a cute little courtyard where we ate our po'boys one afternoon. Parking was super easy and always available. The house even had Christmas lights which greeted us every evening. WIFI worked great. This place had so many nice touches, and the landlord was wonderfully helpful. It far exceeded my expectations - we would love to return again!

Perfect setup for our group.

We had a pretty big group and decided to do a house instead of a hotel.

This was perfect for us. $13 cab ride to the quarter. Very comfortable furniture/bedding. Bathrooms are good, and one big one if you have a lot of girls on the trip. Neighborhood was very unique and fun. We had a person from NOLA in our group(traveled from Houston) and she said the neighborhood is very safe.

Property owner could be contacted very easily. Easy to work with.

Great place to stay!!!

Would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to New Orleans. Clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was getting a cab from the Saints game. Cabs were not willing to go out to the Tulane area for some reason. Cabs were fine from Bourbon Street and Tchoupitoulas St.

Lovely, lovely, lovely

3 nights. Very comfortable! Fantastic house only a few blocks from Tulane Campus! Quiet neighborhood, Super clean and well appointed with high end appliances. Beautifully decorated. My 10 year old said she had the softest blanket EVER ;) Quaint patio (we didn't use as it was freezing during our visit). 5/10 minute drive to all of the uptown sites; Magazine Street, St. Charles Avenue, Audubon Zoo, Camellia Grill. Kitchen is great! Kids loved the Kreuig coffee maker and the huge coffee and tea selection. I was even able to bake a couple of pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving dinner at the in-laws. Will certainly stay here again and recommend to all our Tulane friends :)
