Description of the New Port Richey vacation home rental
Welcome to 'Starfish!'

Our 2br/2ba beach cottage comes equipped with every kitchen amenity to keep the most discerning chef happy. We have an automatic drip coffee maker, french press, citrus juicer, blender, teapot... Tiled floors throughout this open floorplan, including the two nice-sized bedrooms and generous closet space, make this a vacation home you can be comfortable in yet feel like you're relaxing on vacation at the same time. We provide high-end linens, quality pots & pans, lovely décor, a heated inground pool, and of course, unlimited use of our added beach toys. There are 4 bicycles, 2 SUPs (stand-up paddleboards), 2 kayaks, and a couple of fishing poles for you to use as well.

Our home is situated on a beautiful deep-water canal that leads you right out to the gulf of Mexico. There are ample opportunities for all kinds of fishing, snorkeling, and general exploration. Whether you're just toodling around the canals or heading out for a fun day to Durney Key, the sandbar or Anclote island, you can stay as busy or as relaxed as you'd like your vacation to be.

So, why choose Starfish??

Private inground pool for those days you don't want to be out on the sea.

Four free bicycles to zip around the community and ride to your private beach.

Two complimentary stand-up paddleboards! Have you tried it yet?? Nice bonus!

Two kayaks recently added to the mix -- another nice bonus!!

Free hi-speed wi-fi so you can stay connected without using your data plan.

Large flat-screen TV in living room with something stupid, like, 200 channels.

Free fishing poles -- just walk 20 steps to your private dock and drop a line.

Complimentary mid-month cleaning for our monthly guests.

1800 Threadcount sheets: that's what I'D want, so you benefit, too!

Washer/dryer for your convenience so you can pack light.

Canine guests considered: see our pet policy. Pet fee is $100 per pet, non-refundable.

Beautiful home and location!

August 7, 2016

We had a great experience at the Starfish this summer! Between the pool, bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards, we never found ourselves bored or wanting for something to do. Carolyn also gave us access to the pristine local private beach which we spent quite a bit of time at. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies so we were able to cook all of our meals in, which was (for us) a great plus. Quiet neighborhood, and an overall positive experience.
