This gorgeous, fully furnished, spacious (over 2,000 Sq ft.), two bedroom, two and a half bath, direct ocean front unit is located at the exclusive Seacrest Condominiums. The unit sleeps 6 (six) people with the living room pull-out couch. The living room is beautifully furnished featuring a 50" flat screen TV. The unit features a gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and all the miscellaneous tools to prepare a wonderful dinner or drinks while overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom features a king size bed with top of line mattress, private bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet, while the guest room features two twin size beds. All rooms are fitted with high quality linens and extra towels in each bathroom. Tommy Bahama furnishing throughout the unit. The unit has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Located on Florida 's east central coast, New Smyrna Beach is a quiet seaside retreat located at the Southern mouth of Ponce de Leon Inlet. It is a small, historic city, and yet offers 13.2 miles of beach to enjoy.

Located only 55 miles northeast of Orlando, it serves as a favorite get-a-way destination for many Central Florida residents and has garnered significant notoriety as a surfing destination, often hosting American Surfing Professionals ' competitions.

Through the years, the City of New Smyrna Beach has maintained tight controls on growth, resulting in a limited number of low-rise condominiums being constructed. The City has also held strict parameter on beach traffic which, in addition to protecting beach goers, simultaneously protects nesting sea turtles.
It is a nesting ground for loggerhead sea turtles, and Florida 's loggerhead population is the largest in the nation, second only, internationally, to Masirah Island, Oman, in the Middle East.

These tight controls have continued to maintain the beach 's quaint and natural feel. It serves as a gateway to the historic and picturesque Indian River Intracoastal Waterway. Prime fishing locations also exist at places such as Mosquito Lagoon, just south of New Smyrna. This 21.5 mile long, 3.5 mile wide lagoon is one of the southeast 's most abundant fishing areas and contains redfish, flounder, black grouper, and speckled trout, just to name a few.
