Beth said June 17, 2019: The owners were very accommodating and checked up on our stay a couple of times throughout the week, making sure we are enjoying our vacation and that we have everything we need at the apartment. It was so nice to have a place to retreat to after hours of sight-seeing. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room, grabbing a snack and glass of wine from the fridge. Facilities were clean, Wifi worked great, and apartment was very quiet, which was a bonus.

We stayed at the 2 bedroom for 5 nights and had a great time. The place is exactly like the pictures but even roomier than it looks. I think it was once two apts that are now combined into one so there's lots of space. It is on a quiet street but in a really good central location, easy access to other NY neighborhoods. We were provided a lot of detail about the check in / check out process beforehand and felt taken care of while we were there. Thanks for letting us stay in your great place!

The owners were very helpful in communicating during our visit and the space was better than anticipated. It is very large and has all necessary amenities. It is well maintained, clean and gave us everything we needed for a great holiday in NY. It is great for a family as it gives you all the space you could need with 2 lounge areas and a large, well equipped kitchen with separate bedroom areas.

Well located within the Tribeca area on a quiet street. Being close to several subway stations it has many nice restaurants/supermarkets/shops nearby . It is very easy to walk downtown - 15 minute walk to Ground Zero and 15 minute walk to Battery Park, where we took the Cruise to Liberty and Ellis Island. Also within walking distance of Greenwich Village and East Village, Chinatown and Little Italy. Very easy to go uptown via subway. I would recommend this apartment to anyone .Thanks to the owners.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The space was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. There were extra towels and pillows - something my kids and husband are always looking for. The street is very quiet, but a quick walk to restaurants (we enjoyed Walker's), the Hudson River Park Pier 25 mini-golf and playground, and several subway lines. On-street parking right out front is available on the weekends.

"A TREASURE IN TRIBECA" 5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2014

This spectacular loft was a dream come true! Five women traveling from Minnesota were greeted by an incredible place to spend their four day visit in New York; spacious rooms, five extremely comfortable beds, a huge kitchen with every cooking utensil under the sun available, 2 full bathrooms - and all of this near the subway and fun restaurants filled with atmosphere! Owner was onsite and wonderful to work with; totally professional in explaining the process and always available to answer even the smallest questions and concerns. We all felt a five star rating was not high enough and we would encourage anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay in New York to seek out this loft.

06/25/2014:..."Huge space, great location!"

Our family of four recently stayed here during a trip to NYC. We couldn't have been happier with the experience! The space was clean and exactly as described and pictured. The owners were courteous and prompt and we received detailed instructions about everything from the cable box to the washer/dryer, which took all the guess work out. We loved the fact that there were 2 sides to it, which gave our children their own side to sleep on where we wouldn't disturb them at night. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and family friendly activities within walking distance or a short cab ride away. There are many subways in the area, and the west side highway is just a few blocks away. A top notch space that we would definitely recommend to friends.

“Spacious & Comfortable”

Reviewed 11 Apr 2016

Chose this spacious apt for a long weekend with my family. We rent apartments often when we travel here or abroad & appreciate honest reviews. The apt was just as described. The furnishings were in good shape. Everything was clean & in working order with instructions on how to operate most everything, which I appreciate since I am a detail person. The apt was stocked with kitchen essentials & towels, sheets & blankets. So we didn't have to go out and buy paper towels, sugar etc. which is a big plus. The owner promptly replied to my inquiries. The owner was very nice to let us stay well beyond the 10am check-out. The apt was quiet with 2 windows facing the front and 2 in the back. Since we drove, we saved a lot of money by being able to park on the street from 6pm Friday until we left on Sunday. We liked having Gourmet Garage around the corner; a coffee shop called Baked; and we walked to the Freedom Tower & The Odeon for a delicious dinner. We would definitely consider renting here again.

Owner's reply: This was very nice to hear and we look forward to welcoming you again soon.

“great location - great holidays”

Our stay in your apartment was perfect. I would recommend it without any hesitation. we're very glad we came here & not to any hotel as planned in the beginning. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment was huge, comfortable & delivered in great conditions and very well equiped. perfect for families (2 seperated bedrooms). Metrolines, shops & restaurants just around the corner. There's a store nearby that's open 24hr. WiFi in the apartment was an added bonus. Logistics related to keys worked great. Definitely a place to recommend. Would definitely stay here again. The next time we come to New York, this will be our first option for accommodation. thanks, Jil!

Owner's reply: Apt is very large and has everything needed for a stress free visit. Great to hear that apt exceeded your expectations and that you had a good time.

Owner Supplied Testimonials

It was a great joy for us living in your apt the last days: a private art gallery in Tribeca. We walked several times along the Hudson river and to Ground O, also at night. Battery Park is nice.
Our biking day was super. Over Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridge crossing Chinatown and Tribeca to the Hudson and up to Central Park. The bikes were hired near the departure peer for Ellis Island.
We visited several museums; Metropolitan and Moma where great.
We even went to Harlem to visit friends and had an evening in the Apollo theater.
We hope to come back one day.
Kind regards.

We had an absolutely fabulous time and really enjoyed staying in your apartment - it was fantastically located and we certainly appreciated the amount of space.
I also really appreciated how organised you were regarding keys and general information. We would most certainly like to return at some point.

Great Stay in Spacious and Quiet Loft
I was in NYC for a week for work and vacation, and was delighted to have this loft as my home base. To start, the listing was accurate and the communication with the owner was great. Although I've rented apartments in the city before, it still makes me nervous, but I was reassured by emails and info that I received.
The loft itself is spacious, well-maintained and quiet. It is great to have the kitchen (vs. staying in a hotel) and the loft's kitchen was stocked with good cooking utensils and dishes. A big plus when staying in an apartment rental. Furnishing was tasteful, bed was comfortable and wifi worked great. Did I mention it is quiet?Good Tribeca restaurants nearby, including Locanda Verde, which is dreamy.
I plan to stay here again! Highly recommended!.

"The apart is extremely convenient for a family with teen agers. There are two separate living rooms/bedrooms/baths. Very well equipped. We appreciated that the air conditioning was not noisy at all.The environment is quiet although very close to restaurants and shops. The location is perfect for people who like lower Manhattan as we do. "

My family of 5 spent a wonderful weekend at this apartment. It was furnished well, extremely spacious and perfectly maintained. Perhaps most importantly, the owner was responsive, cooperative and very helpful. I was so pleased with my experience that I am already arranging another rental with this owner. A special bonus was that the neighborhood had all of the necessary shops and amenities AND some of the best restaurants in Manhattan.
