Bath said June 17, 2019; The owners were very accommodating and checked up on our stay a couple of times throughout the week, making sure we are enjoying our vacation and that we have everything we need at the apt.
It was so nice to have a place to retreat to after hours of sight-seeing. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room, grabbing a snack and glass of wine from the fridge. Facilities were clean, Wifi worked great, and apartment was very quiet, which was a bonus.

Jenn said on April 20/2017; A lovely apart in a trendy but quiet area Ideally located in lower Manhattan, close to restaurants and shops, at walking distance from Soho, Greenwich village, Little Italy, Chinatown, Lower East, financial district. Totally equipped (including washing machine and dryer) and smartly decorated. The air conditioner is nearly silent, which is very much appreciated. We felt as if at home.
Traveling Gals said on Jan 15/2017: Don’t look any further.. we loved our ten days in this wonderful Tribeca loft. It’s spacious and well equipped and very conveniently located, just two blocks to the Franklin Street subway. There is a gourmet grocer 1 block away and a good wine store on the block. The area has many restaurants (try Robert De Niro's Tribeca Grill) and galleries and while you’re there, make sure you treat yourself to a session at the Ancient Aire Baths opposite. Our host, was great to deal with, professional and helpful. There are no hidden costs or fees, no surprises. Owner will send you the keys which we loved. Oh did I mention the towels ... no. Finally someone provides decent towels and good linens. They were great. Thank you, you're a star!! Our friends will be in touch.

Easy walking distance to subway and taxis. Located on quiet side street Heating worked well. Enjoyed being able to open the window for fresh air as needed. TV worked well. Full kitchen and lots of extra towels and linens were supplied. Our host was available for questions and responded quickly. Overall a nice, roomy rental.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely TriBeCa apartment. The photos reflect the spaces exactly as they felt. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The neighborhood was delightful. There was an excellent grocery less than a block away, a liquor store across the street and interesting shops all around. We walked uptown to Soho and especially enjoyed the Donald Judd house. We walked downtown to the One World Trade Center and the new World Trade Center station. There were excellent restaurants at every turn. The apartment is also located with easy access to multiple subway lines. We had an wonderful stay.

The space was exactly as pictured and described, and was a great deal for the price. The neighborhood is excellent - lots of delicious restaurants, nice cafes, easy walk to downtown tourist locations, Brooklyn Bridge, Greenwich Village, SOHO, Chinatown, Little Italy, Lower East Side, etc. Great subway access, with an easy commute to uptown museums and Central Park. The neighborhood is safe. Perfect for a couple or family.

This was perfect! We traveled to NY with our family of 5, teenage/adult children and the space was perfect. Roomy, plenty of beds, well stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting areas where the teens could have their privacy while mom and dad took a quick power nap. Great location to fun shops, restaurants, subway all easy walking. I was surprised at how quiet it was in the evening especially. The owners were great to stay with, flexible in the arrangements and quick to respond. Will recommend to friends and hopefully return again soon. Thank you!

My husband and I and another couple stayed at this spacious loft for May. We liked that there are two separate living areas plus a huge kitchen. This is a much better value than two tiny hotel rooms. It is on a quiet street, so noise is minimal. There are five different subway lines within a ten minute walk which was a real plus for us. Not many neighborhoods in Manhattan can offer that variety. There are also lots of good restaurants in the area (we ate at Two Hands and Petrarca) as well as Gourmet Garage, an upscale grocery store. Within easy walking distance is the 9/11 Memorial and Little Italy. This was a great stay!

It's certainly a dream to stay in a Tribeca loft and I would recommend this one. Our stay was very comfortable, with many amenities including WiFi and a washer/dryer. In looking at rentals, many had nice spaces but tiny claustrophobic looking bedrooms with a bed against a wall. This was not the case here with a creative and comfortable use of bedroom space and a clean and spacious closet. Clean would be a a key word for the whole apartment, it was spotless and the kitchen very nice. The whole process was well executed with owner and the deposit returned promptly. The bathroom was just fine. it is on a quiet cross street, so noise was not a problem, plus I would say ditto for all positive things the other reviews have said regarding the area advantages. This is our second year in Tribeca, we love the neighborhood, and look forward returning.

We had a great stay here. The logistics were a breeze. The subway is a close walk. There is a great deli/grocery store also close by. The space was clean and extremely comfortable. We definitely would recommend it.

We just returned from a great stay in Manhattan. Our home was a wonderful place in Tribeca. Ideal as a base for exploring the city. The space perfect for the two of us, and could easily accommodate four. The high ceilings and large windows contribute to the sense of spaciousness. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and serving. The pictures do a good job of showing the space, it is as nice as it looks and also well maintained and clean, everything worked as it should. Neighborhood was a fun and relaxing alternative to our previous New York City locations. There are a variety of good restaurants within a few blocks. We especially enjoyed the Church Street Tavern, Landmarc, Gigino’s and Sole di Capri. There are also a number of close coffee shops. We were pleased to find a number of interesting clothing stores and art galleries in the neighborhood. The space is well located on a quiet street with little traffic and noise. When you’re ready to venture out of the neighborhood, you’ll find easy access to 3 different subway lines. You can go practically anywhere on the island without changing trains. We went to the Cloisters, Broadway shows, the Upper East Side and to Brooklyn. All were easy subway trips. And several must see areas are short walks away. We walked to the World Trade Center site, Chinatown, Little Italy, Soho and Greenwich Village. Owner was very responsive to our questions with many of favorite restaurants & recommendations. We’re looking forward to our next trip and again making this our home away from home,
