“Great location”

Reviewed 24 Sep 2014

The Loft is nice and in a good location. You are in the middle of Little Italy and Chinatown. Subway is a few blocks away. If you are a Friends Fan, the Central Perk Café is a few blocks away. The down side is the stairs, but it's NY and this is common in most buildings. If you can get past that, you will def. enjoy.

“NOLITA Loft”

Reviewed 13 Dec 2011

Excellent loft in an good location with close proximity to the subways. The walkup is fine for those in shape - might be a challenge for older folks. We are familiar with New York City and thus know where to go throughout the city. We were there only for a short time and didn't have the time to walk around the neighborhood or use the loft for cooking etc. The kitchen did seem well equipped and it would have been nice to have time to shop the neighborhood groceries for gourmet items for cooking. The loft is a great place for kids as well as three adult couples. Highly recommended if you can climb four flights of stairs.

Owner's reply: Thank you Michael. It was our pleasure hosting you in New York and thank you for being great guests and for the nice review. Happy Holidays! Charles
