The house was very well appointed, with full kitchen supplies, nice towels and washer/dryer which was great to be able to wash out towels after a day at the beach. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. We loved that the living room has a large coffee table perfect for jigsaw puzzles. The sun porch was very inviting and a good respite for those who wanted to read or sit quietly. The house has great cross ventilation so curtains were billowing in the breeze. The house comfortably sleeps 8 and comes equipped with blow up mattresses and a spare room on the third floor if you needed extra space for them. The house is a good mile from downtown - perfect for biking but a little far for multiple walks into town. My only criticism is that the gardens and lawn were not tended. The gardens have great perennials but are very overgrown with weeds and dead flowers. The yard sitting area could use a cleaning out as well. We were very happy there and would definitely rent there again.
