Description of the Newport vacation home rental
3 Bedrooms Sleeps 6 Comfortably - Pull Out Couch & Crib Space for Family Sprawl. The living room and deck are great spaces for socializing and there is plenty of off street parking. Available for 2 nights or more. Newport restaurants and nightclubs are an attraction year round and there are always seasonal special events on the calendar. A warm and comfortable beach area Cape in a quiet neighborhood with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, deck, backyard and driveway and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a home-away-from-home, not a beach shack.
113 Center Ave. is maintained by a professional housecleaning staff. Linens and towels are provided. First (Easton's) Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Second Beach (Sachuest) is a 15 minute walk over the grounds of St. George's Academy. Sachuest and Sakonnet Points can be seen from the top of the hill. The center of downtown Newport activity is 5 or 7 minutes away by car. Secure and ample off-street parking provides relief from the meter police. There's an extra tank of propane for the deck grill.

Memorial and Labor Day Weekend are In-Season: 2 night minimum $400 per night. In Season Summer Nightly rentals (2 night minimum) are only available at the last minute due to a cancellation or an unrented week (very rare).

A Great Deck to Come Home To: Newport slows down just enough in the off-season. The deck and yard are particularly suitable for an evening soirée or relaxed gathering of friends when you return from harbor activity along Thames Street, a swim at Easton's (First) Beach and Sachuest (Second) Beach or a strident walk around the breathtaking Sachuest Point.

And with the wireless airport, everyone can check their email at the same time.

Families - Wedding and Reunions: 113 Center is also ideal for a family reunion and/or wedding party. It is child friendly with its large living room, deck, backyard and swing set. And there is plenty of off-street parking.

Area Information
Newport is known for its local history, sailing, tennis, music festivals, dining, oceanside walks, architectural highlights, and plenty of night life. Thames Street, by the harbor, is great for people watching, pub life and dining. the same is true for Broadway with its unique cuisine and edgier, more direct sensibility. Newport History is a main thread in the embryonic development of this country. Arguably it was the original Wild West - Boston being a tad to the northeast. Bellevue Avenue offers a view of a retro Bling Strip. The pirhana class came here to relax their aggressive tendancies at Baily's Beach. Not so their wives who cat scratched their way to supremacy on the party circuit. Today you will also learn about the immigrants who built, and served in the mansions. Intellectuals and artists also sought contemplative moments here. The Norman Bird Sanctuary and the Sachuest Point Reserve are nearby. Festivals and other events abound, and Newport is a popular wedding destination.
