Marriott Aruba Surf Club -Ocean Club Aruba Experts
Pets allowed: No
This is the Premier resort in Aruba and this villa is less than half of Marriott's rate.
The Surf Club has the lazy river and a water slide plus a brand new adults only pool with 85 chairs to relax and read and sun. It's called the Serenity Pool; it is SO quiet!! We love it!
There is free WiFi in the public areas, by the pools and in the villas also.
The Ocean Club
It is next door to the Marriott Stellaris hotel and casino and has a whole shopping area inside, along with the Mandara Spa. It sits in-between the Hotel and the Surf Club.
Please email for availability.
All size units are available and I will separate them also. Call or email for pictures and more information. Just email your best dates and if you can be flexible I can find some great dates and prices for you.
Remember there are no Tues. or Wed. arrivals.
I HAVE ALL DATES ALREADY FOR 2016 CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS WEEKS.
Washer and dryer in the unit plus two balconies, DVD, high end granite counters and appliances, gorgeous master suite and extra bathroom for the second bedroom. Sleeps 8 using the sofa sleepers.
Prices vary depending on the season.
The Marriott's Surf Club are luxury vacations beyond belief. Go to the Marriott site link and check out all the amenities plus the adjacent Marriott Stellaris Resort and Casino, a 7 star hotel and a huge, exciting casino. You have full use of all three sites except for the pools. There is a free concierge on site for you too.
Aruba is everything you could ever want and then some. Be active or relax. Go on the gorgeous private beach, snorkel right at the hotel, play volleyball, rent a jet ski, or lay in your own little hut soaking up the rays. It always feels cooler due to a warm breeze all year long so you are never too hot and no humidity. That's a great plus for Caribbean travel. Perfect weather! And you are out of the Hurricane Belt!!!
Be sure to check out the Mandara Spa at the Marriott. Schedule a couple’s massage, body wrap or just work out. It's fabulous. And just charge it to your room.
There are many fantastic restaurants plus movies within walking distance so you don't need a car- just take a walk and choose a different place every night. A brand new mall has just opened up. More theaters, shopping and restaurants just a step away. There is a Hertz car rental and an Economy rental on site if you want to go to Baby Beach for the day. I can recommend some great restaurants and activities before you go but you will have a concierge at your disposal too.
And best of all - pricing for restaurants and activities are about the same as in the states - no crazy $$ like in Hawaii or Europe right now so that bottom line stays doable.
NEVER TRAVEL TO ANOTHER COUNTRY WITHOUT INSURANCE. Protect your investment of course but most important is to have the medical insurance in case of an emergency. My husband had emergency surgery in Aruba and air lifting out of Aruba last April and our insurance took care of the arrangements and all the fees.
American money is taken everywhere and the cost is about the same as in the states. Taxis are inexpensive - $17 from the airport and $10 into downtown Oranjestad. And everyone speaks English as their second language so communication is easy.

Great Vacation in Paradise

We were very excited to take a vacation without the kids and Aruba was the perfect location! The resort was packed with travelers over Easter weekend and it did take some time to check in, but we were very happy with our room. It was clean and spacious and recently remodeled. Everything you would expect from a Marriott resort. There was something for everyone at the Surf Club. It is a very family-friendly resort with lots of pools, lazy river, arcade, activities and a concierge for off property adventures. During our stay, we made good use of the hot tub, spent a little time in the lazy river and walked the beach every night to watch the sun set. Everywhere you want to go is easily accessible by cab, but we did rent a vehicle to do our own exploration. We loved the butterfly gardens and had lots of fun exploring the park, donkey sanctuary and caves. We did a segway tour and a snorkle/snooba dive of the reef and Antilla. We also had some amazing dinners right on the beach under the stars - all within walking distance of the Surf Club. While this was a timeshare, we were under no obligation at all to sit through the timeshare sales pitch, but my wife and I were curious so we did take the presentation for a $200.00 voucher that we gladly used at Marriott's spa for a couples massage. Booking this vacation was very easy - Robin was great to work with and I would highly recommend Aruba We Go if you're planning on visiting Aruba.
