14 Little Cove Road is a very unique and modern concept of separate living pavilions linked by covered timber walkways. Created and designed by Kidd & Co these properties bring the true meaning of seamless indoor-outdoor living to life.

Set high on Little Cove Road and adjacent to the National Park, the views from most pavilions look through a canopy of trees, and capture the essence of the Australian bush and rainforest setting for which Little Cove is well renowned. Little Cove is located around two ridgelines overlooking Laguna Bay and Noosa Main Beach.

A mere 250 meters down the road you will find Little Cove Beach. As there is no parking nearby, it's a "local's beach" and doesn't attract the heavy crowds of Noosa main beach. It's the perfect playground for families. Yet, it's also just a short walk to either cosmopolitan Hastings Street in one direction or Noosa National Park in the other along the boardwalk.

This house offers modern and comfortable living with delightful furnishings and finishes.
