This three level complex has only nine apartments. On the beachfront, La Mer is situated in one of the most prominent and desirable beachfront locations. The onsite facilities include heated pool, elevator to all levels offering security access, undercover security parking and outdoor spa. Recent improvements include double glazed windows and sliding doors on the Hastings St side to further reduce noise from the street.
Shopping on Hastings Street is second to none and not many visitors can resist taking a peek into the many designer boutiques, jewellery shops, kids clothing shops, book shops and myriad of other choices for that perfect gift or well-deserved self-indulgence.
Over 15 restaurants are present along the street and beachfront - all with long standing reputations for outstanding service and the best cuisine from near and far.
Apartment 10 is located on the 2nd floor and faces north, is air conditioned in both the living area and main bedroom and comes complete with the most stunning ocean views from the furnished balcony. Throughout are tasteful, comfortable furnishings ready for you to enjoy.
