The entire waterside is dedicated to a great decked area which is accessible from the lounge/dining room and kitchen. The decking leads down to a private sandy area - a jetty - good size pool and ample amounts of outdoor furnishings complete this part of the house. Note deck is not fenced to beach.

A rare advantage of a private elevator accessing all interior levels is available for all guests to use. The master suite on the first floor covers half of the upstairs area that includes a large ensuite, balcony with views over the water and a well portioned walk through robe.
