This light and spacious four bedroom home is the perfect choice for your next holiday.

The front garden offers privacy and a tropical oasis with lush gardens and water features. The home itself is on one level and is full of natural light. The living area has an open plan design and wraps around a fully fenced, central pool with room to laze around whilst reading a book or relaxing on the sun lounges. The bi-fold doors open seamlessly allowing the perfect indoor/outdoor space.

The main house features three bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. There are flat screen TVs in the living area, master bedroom and kitchen. The large modern kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a second fridge.

A second master bedroom is separate from the main house with its own access and opens onto the pool and terrace. It features an ensuite bathroom, TV and DVD. This is the perfect retreat for extended families, teenagers or families travelling with a nanny.

Noosa Sound is a beautiful estate built upon canal waterways. Cooran Court is near the midpoint between Hastings St, the popular beach and dining hotspot and Gympie Terrace with it's trendy eateries and beautiful riverfront walkway. For something to eat, Quamby Place is just a short walk away and features some of Noosa's finest restaurants.
