This modern, tastefully furnished apartment is one of only two in the complex.

Set high to enjoy ocean views, whilst a lift from the car park level leads directly into your accommodation.

Great open lounge/dining area with kitchen overlooking. Large patio doors to two sides of this room offering views across Sunshine and the ocean from your furnished balconies.

Just a few steps up from this area leads to a smaller second lounge, and a further terrace. From here you are lead to the last section of the apartment which houses the bedrooms. All bedrooms are of good size, and open to the balconies.

The private communal areas offer a good sized pool,BBQ, and full shower facilities. The apartment is just situated a short walk to the Sunshine Beach Village which offers great cafes and restaurants.

Sunshine Beach has become a popular tourist destination in its own right. Only a 5 minute drive away from Noosa and bordering the southern side of the Noosa National Park, Sunshine Beach is a leafy suburb built next to a popular surf beach and surrounded by native bushland. Sunshine Beach has a special place in the hearts of residents and visitors. The pristine beach attracts good swell and provides excellent beach breaks for surfers. The beach is also patrolled so it is suitable for the whole family. Views to Lion's Head and the National Park are stunning.

Only a short stroll down to the beach makes this spacious, private apartment a fantastic choice for a holiday.
