Description from owner

Similar to the islands of Turks & Caicos it is named after, this home may not be the largest in its region, but more than makes up for it with the awesomeness and uniqueness of its experience.

This updated Cottage style respite, is nestled directly on the beach (literally), on a million dollar private cul-de-sac. Caicos Cottage's rustic, yet stylish design, is as warm, and peaceful as the waves that crash the sand, yet is as fun as the dolphins that frolic in the background. With all the feelings of a Caribbean getaway, this 1800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath oasis, features some of the most beautiful imported cedar cabinetry and trim work you will find, as well as real hardwood floors, and a must see one of a kind fireplace. The first floor also provides a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a family room, and deck, while the upstairs (only 8 steps) boasts an enormous master suite w/sitting room, wet bar, as well as its very own private deck. This historic gem is cozy, and can accommodate 1 guest, as easy as it can 8 to 10 guests. It is absolutely perfect for quick or long getaways, for singles, couples, and/or families, who can appreciate its quaint functionality, those who understand that enough, can actually be much more than enough. This is not your run of the mill, maze like, uninspired beach home that lacks passion and soul, while overwhelming you with useless, cold, and pointless space. This property truly is meaningful and purpose filled, a genuine point at which style meets charm, on the beach. This property is offered first to corporate members, affiliates, military, guest, and their families, and also long-term renters (31 days or more).

Imagine if the beach had its own living room, now that's a stay at Caicos Cottage.

Beds: 3 Queen Beds, 1 Double Bed, 1 Sofa Bed

“Good but lost a star for lack of supplies and ..”

The house was awesome! It was very cozy and beautiful. It was in a good village with a lot of stores and restaurant around. Right on the beach! So dreamy, you can eat breakfast in the upstairs bedroom and look into the ocean. It was clean and well proportioned for our small family of three + babysitter. Add says 10 people, I don't know why, there was only 3 bedrooms and a very small living room. in the living room was only a love seat and 2 uncomfortable chairs. I could not imagine being 10 there. Kitchen table also has 4 spots only. For us, it was perfect! It lost a star because of the followings; only one roll of toilet paper, no garbage bags, no dishwasher soap, only one dish cloth, should of had coffee filters, salt pepper and better pans (we ruined all our diners because everything sticks in those pans so I would highly recommend bringing your own). BBQ was all dirty and looked very gross, it was also just charcoal and small(we wanted to do steaks, didn't happen). In need of TLC; Deck had nails coming out everywhere and we got caught in them often... very painful.. the patio doors where a pain to open and lock, the screen door was always jammed. Only one very old and crumbling love seat in the living room. Internet and satellite stopped on the first night and was resolved by the next day. This house could easily have 5 star if it wasn't for all these little but avoidable things. I still give 4 star because our vacation there was very memorable and we would go back for sure (but bring our on supply)

Great location, easy to get around. Neighbors have dogs that bark when on the lower deck. Interior is nice with a fabulous view of the bay from the upper suite. Would rent this place again.
